Why create an app if you can’t use it. It’s worth ZERO STARS NO EVEN 1. It says I’m a robot and can’t check in, even their website won’t let me check in. They need to figure something out it’s 2024..
Cant even simply perform checkin
It is absolutely useless app, i cannot even do a simple check in. If you cannot manage, why create an app?
The app literally doesn’t work.
It wasn’t possible for any of the passengers in my group to check in on either of our flights(there and back). Had to call customer service and work through there.

Fee free flight change on sun classic is not free
You pay extra for free flight changes with sun classic, but when you try to change the flight, the price for the exact same flight on the website for a new customer is much cheaper than the change flight price.
I have made numerous complaints and sent emails. I always receive a complaint number, then guess what no follow up correspondence from them, when I check the status of the complaint it shows as closed!
Basically you get Ghosted..

I had struggled booking seats as it kept saying error but managed to book seats via online

worked perfectly
was able to check in myself and two others for flights to and from Antalya, easily booked seats and got boarding passes, whole thing took less than five minutes each time.

I was a bit scare with most of the reviews but my experience with the app and airline itself was fantastic! :)
App worked perfectly.
I’m not sure what everyone else’s issues was with the app, or if there has been an update since then. But i checked in on the app for me and my partner within 2 mins. Checked in on Friday for our flights Monday 🤷🏽easy to save boarding passes to wallet, couldn’t send to partner to save as her phone doesn’t allow it for some reason but I am okay to download both so no issues at all.

Terrible app
This app is a total mess. It took me 2 hours and several unsuccessful tries before I was able to check into my flight. Even then I could not pick my seat. This is pretty basic stuff that the airline needs to address.
