No Landscape Mode?
It’s almost 2023. My iPad stays attached to a connected keyboard for work efficiency. This app appears to be unable to rotate. Such a shame.
Great store, but app is flawed
This app is great, when it works. This is one of my favorite stores, and the app looks nice and is easy to use, but there is too many times where I click on one of the ads in the home page and it says “no results found”. I clicked on “shop” and clicked on “dresses” and it still says “no results found”. I know this store has tons of dresses online, there’s no way this doesn’t populate results. I also clicked on “tops” and only one top shows up. I tried clicking on several other categories and it’s the same thing. There’s no way there are no results for sweaters in October, they’re even advertised on the homepage! This happens for me way too often and it stinks because this store is wonderful and the prices and sales are also great.

Needs update ASAP
This app is in serious need of addressing its bug issues. Both categorized items and search functions don’t yield results and shows errors. Searching for something found on desktop won’t appear in the app even if you type in the same keyword.
Not working
I’m not sure what’s going on, but this app rarely ever loads for me anymore. Pretty much every screen says something’s wrong.

Some parts of the app don’t load
I’ve been a fan of Francesca’s for years! My friends bridal shower is coming up so I needed some bridal accessories and on the app they would not load, it said no results found. However, on the website, it led me to them!
App is horrible
This is my favorite store but the app has so many glitches!! It either removes things from my cart or doesn’t add them at all. The prices are different from the web as well. I prefer shopping on the website through the internet but it’d be a lot more convenient to use the app. Please fix this!
Doesn’t actually work
The app doesn’t actually load any content. If you click on any of the sale links it doesn’t show any clothing available for purchase.
Flawed
Cant login to account, prices different on website and app, clicked on jewelry but it took me to tops… running into so many issues. Guess I’ll just stick to shopping in stores
Terrible app
I had items in my cart the other day and I checked out. Well it did not go through bc the app glitches and hesitates so now when I went to check on my order I missed out on items that I thought I bought and are now gone!
