If they are not going to fix the app so it will work it needs removed. I’m sure there is a simple fix to keep the connection functioning for more than 35 seconds.
Works for 1 minute
I have another device and it works the same. You connect to the wifi network and open the app. This unit or app seems to get jerky and choppy feed after a short time. If you close it and reopen it will work again for another minute. My other device that was same price uses a different app but the video is smooth for the duration of use. Definitely something wrong with this one.

Wi-Fi connecting problem
I have been sitting and waiting for half an hour trying to connect to the Wi-Fi. It would not pop up after refreshing my screen multiple times. This product also left me with many problems in the past like glitching while the product was in my ear. Don’t recommend it to you.
Didn’t come with an ear scoop
Only came with a couple of ear buds which is impossible to use at the same time as the camera. Talks about a scoop attachment in the instructions, but doesn’t come with that attachment

Blurry image no matter how much I try to vary the distance from object / distance into ear.

Can’t get app to work on apple iphone 13 so product is useless
you have to connect to the devices wifi
You have to turn on the device, go to your wifi connections on your phone and connect to the wifi the device is emitting.
