Extremely Slow
The app response is extremely slow. Even login is slow. They should really work on it. Some device can’t even open it using 3g or even average wifi bandwidth is not sufficient enough to run this app.
Poor service
They don’t have any physical customer service.I can’t open this apps.after lots of time trying go BRAC bank and they said they don’t have any options and they can’t do any help for this apps service.

Really like the app. All of my daily money transection work can be done from this app. Your current design is good but a lot of custom or old UI components makes it a little outdated. You can check Wise.com mobile app for UI/UX improvement.
Great app - ahead of others
I am really happy with the app. I used a couple of other Bangladeshi bank app. This one is much more mature.
But with that said this need further improvement.
There should be a setting options on how the user would like to receive notification.
I get irritated receiving email for every login and may be improved
I understand security is utmost important but there are better ways to improve the effective notification.
Hope the developers will get some feed back from international banking app.

No Excel statement
Why don’t you give the access to download acc statement as excel sheet ? Only for not having this feature I use DBBL as regular account. And like me many others use DBBL Acc for personal use. These are now so digital era. Don’t think that people understand less tech than you.
Love to use
I really love this special for concept, UI design and features. But the only problem it’s response time quite slow. I hope they would work on performance more.

It’s very slow. And can’t paste the account number.
Need to be more user friendly!
Using app in handset means it should be more & more simple. Hope you guys working for that. Now plz fix the 2FA via SMS code AutoFill option. Still need manually input the code while proceed anything. After get 2FA code via massage it’s now displays “From Massages” and the code where we can tap it to enter the code in the field instead of manually input.
