horrible app experience
the app mostly responds with unable to proceed with the request, sometimes it becomes unresponsive. pressing button does not do anything or shows any indication if its working or not.

Keep trying to develop your apps.....you will never succeed. You think your clients are fraud and you are only one honest BRAC bank. Take care of your helpdesk agents and stop forcing clients to change passwords.

Very bad app, can’t be a financial transaction app.
Bitter experience
1. Cannot access existing saved beneficiary account informations except those are active.
2. Copy/Past disabled. Very difficult to add or manage beneficiary accounts.
3. Working slowly, User interface not user friendly.
4. I have to type the username each and everytime.
Shame on you guys. You can’t provide a good iBanking/App solution even in 2021!

Lots of Bugs
Not a good apps for iOS user. Can even logged in. lol..
Face ID is deactivated and Face ID need to be confirmed by finger print. I mean finger print in IOS.. lol .. It’s not an android phone .. lol

After shifting another menu it's been loading sometimes.
Looks like not a user friendly.
If possible change the bottom menu style because right now its not looks good as BBL App.

Wired software
Brac Bank should have developed a wonderful online banking platform mobile App, like other banks are now doing where its customers would get access of own transactions and money transfer facilities in Brac Bank accounts and others.
But I’m sorry to say that this Softwear is not meaningful at all 😔

- Dashboard items need to be changed by swiping.
- Frequently used items should be added to dashboard.
- Dependency on software token is not a good user experience.
- Loan amounts should be shown in negative figures.
