Taking forever to accept

I might be impatient but I’ve legit been waiting a day to get my profile reviewed in order to access this app.
Even despite following all all guidelines for photos it’s still not worth the wait.

Profiles are generally reviewed within 24 hours and often within a few hours. All profiles are reviewed so that we can minimise Fake or Spam profiles being created. We want to ensure that our community of singles is actually genuine!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

Signed up to this and you can only X or Tick someone you may have an interest in, you only have a few you can pick then it’s locked off for 24 hours! Can’t message anyone because you have to upgrade to gold package, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP! No wonder not many people have signed up to it. I will be closing my account done on here.

All users (free or paid) can message their matches - this is a platform to connect people after all. Likes are refreshed every 24 hours. For those who don't want to wait, they can upgrade to the Gold subscription which unlocks a number of features to help with the search process.

Easy to use

Using the app is easier then most others customer support is top class any problems they fix them quickly as possible

I’m so confused

I was really excited to use this dating app to meet new people but it would let me register my Email or password for some reason. When I put in my details it kept saying (uh oh a problem has occurred) and I don’t even know what’s the problem it doesn’t tell you.

No replies and too glitchy

I have just joined and paid the asking fee and am not impressed it seems very desi.

Apparently you can only contact one person a day????

Too many glitches seems like you need to spend the money you are making and actually invest in making it a smoother and realistic set up.

☺️ You can message back and forth with *ALL* your matches. You can only send one match request message per day to someone you have not matched with; we want people to be thoughtful when sending a match request and want to avoid people spamming lots of profiles 🥴 For technical issues contact the support team. We’re continually working hard on improving the platform and we are extremely focussed on building a great user experience.

Not many users

I paid for membership because I wanted to see what was available. There’s very limited number of people on this app. Due to few users you have very few choices.

Hi, unlike many other platforms, this isn't just a generic / casual dating site - people join our platform because they are *actually* serious about finding a Sikh life partner. There are 1000s of active users on the platform already and new people joining all the time. People do match and connect on the FREE version of the app, the Gold membership just helps with finding potential matches faster.

Discriminatory and Racist

I am an English white Christian born but I follow Sikhism, I wear a Kara and I attend gudwara and take part in sewa and paath.

My pictures have been rejected from the verification just because I am of lighter skin tone and do not wear a turban, not everybody is amrhitari and to be honest as Sikhs we welcome any colour into the gudwara but we don’t welcome them onto the dating community

No, that is TOTALLY and absolutely false. Pictures are rejected if they do not follow the photo guidelines OR the selfie verification fails. In this instance the user is asked to re-upload their pictures and selfie. The guidelines are listed clearly in the app - mainly pictures need be a clear photo of you that matches the selfie that is uploaded. We provide our support email address so users can contact us directly if they continue to have issues with profile verification step.
