I. NEED. HELP.
I have had no luck trying to contact anyone for assistance. Everything seems to send me to “contact seller”. The machine works fine, it’s the software that has gone crazy.
Installed in early August, it mapped the house and we set up zones. The APP is ok but could really use a manual for us old “technology handicapped” people (and blocked a zone to keep it out of the den). the unit worked fine and we set it scheduled overnight to sweep non Bedroom areas.
Then one morning we woke up and discovered the mapping on the APP had gone crazy. It’s wonky twisted, like a second map was made and twisted to 20 degrees to the left (have screen caps to show). Now the zones are all mixed up and us and the machine are confused.
Tried to directly contact APP but keep getting the Contact Seller. I would like help fixing this _________ problem. Somebody please. 😡

Connect to WiFi
I can’t get the app to connect to my WiFi. I’ve done all the troubleshooting they have suggested & no luck. Frustrated!!Upset/Defeated

Mapping errors
My robot and the app was fine (not perfect) until a recent update. Now the mapping gets skewed and the robot isn’t functioning properly. I have to re-map once a week now because of this error.
Before this update, the robot often would disconnect from the WiFi. Now that problem is resolved but another problem persists.Show lessbet bindeman
Want to love it
I really love how it cleans and can move around everything but the app I can’t seem to get virtual wall to work. Was unable to find anything in the app on it and google search is where I found what I should be looking for. 3 starts for what the app can do minus two because I can’t keep the vac out my hall smh..Show lesscatt14357
Latest update disabled smart cleaning
Don’t fix if it’s not broken. Without smart cleaning it’s useless and annoying.Tester123,,,!

Too Many updates with problems
This app was perfect when I first installed it. Problems arose as updates happened. First it wouldn't use the map made for sweeping. Then it kept making New maps, and they were off. That means they map wasn't how the rooms were. Then it wouldn't allow me to choose the maps that were finnally corrected. Now the contact supposrt doesn't work. sending request for help through the app are ignored. Now it wont reconnect to the wifi. need password for the vacumShow lessYeschwartz
