I got my robot vacuum from Amazon and have not even had it 20 days and it has stop vacuuming but will mop. It shuts down every time I attempt to use that function. How do you contact anyone for this so called warranty or assistance?madmad1983
Good product!
It works great for the sweeping, mopping it misses lots of spots. Perhaps needs a fluffier mop head because it only hits the very middle. Would buy again just for sweeping capabilities.Rock456321

Useless product
Overall a bad product in giving clear directions. The first time using the device it said to start it up and it completely didn’t move for the next few hours. After watching people try it and explain how they got it to work, all I was given was that I have to play with the app. Even after trying multiple times of starting it, looking around the app, and pressing all the buttons it just didn’t do anything. It was a complete waste of time as I watch the robot sit in a single spot not being able to do what it was designed to do.Show lessownjsndidjdnekdmdjdneodnx

Time saver!
I had my robot for few months now and it has been so easy to use! Especially when I am at work! When I get home my place is nice and clean! I have two cat and with all the fur etc. it’s hard to maintain the clean floor I wanted. But with the robot it is sooo dam easy that even my parents can’t tell I have two cats! I love it! Thank you! Map keeps refreshing
My map keeps refreshing and rebuilding. I have to keep inputting the forbidden areas. It cleans great but the developers really need to fix the app.Salmonlover47
