Where are my pictures?

I have only used this app and no other app that the creator is talking about. I know because this is the app I continue to update. I know it’s this app and not another app because when I open it for a brief second you can see the album but I can not get into the app due to you having to upgrade the app but even when I try it will not allow me

If the old application you use is called "Secret Photo Vault - UnderLock" then it is not our application, so we can't help you. This is the same app

You tell everyone it was a different developer/team because you don’t want to assume responsibility for all of the bad ratings and people losing their photos. Why use the same name “UnderLock” and the same icon with such horrible ratings then. You owed the people that used the app a fix to get the photos. For free.

Fraud

I have lost my files in this app as well it stopped taking my payments and locked me out after it forced me to start paying for the app after years of free use. They say this isn’t there app.

It was awesome

It was awesome but in March 1,2021 I least over 1,000 photos and videos and it turly breaks my heart,I just to be able to somehow get them back,I’m so upset

Do not get

This dumb app has you put photos in it !! Then when you go to log in you can see your photos there for one second then won’t let you get it because a blocker pops up to make you pay for a dumb subscription!!!! And you can’t access your personal efin pictures that you may not have an extra copy of highly upset

Completely screwed over

The lack of accountability and fs given is ridiculous. You couldn’t care less how many photos anyone has loss as long as your making money. Then attempting to sugar coat the situation by saying they are two totally different apps as if they don’t have the same name and app logo. Y’all are wrong for what y’all have done to me and countless other people.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP! Look at ratings!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this app and both times it has locked me out and I can’t retrieve my pics. It keeps giving me an error message and I can’t get a response from support. I only purchased it again because I thought that would recover my previous pictures! I’m still getting charged monthly for both subscriptions and I can’t get it to stop!

Don’t buy, Claims they aren’t the same company but has the same service

Had the app since 2018, had photos and information I can’t get back, awfully strange that you have the same name as the old app and an almost identical service but you “aren’t the same company”.... I don’t believe it, don’t download don’t buy they’ll leave you high and dry.

Workaround

I don’t use this app, but I am writing this review so that the developers will see it. The reason you get so many reviews intended for “UnderLock” is because when you search “UnderLock” in the App Store, this app pops up first, and the icon is very similar to the UnderLock icon.
For the people who are here because they think it is UnderLock, I FOUND A WORKAROUND: put your phone in airplane mode, wait a minute and then open the app. When the “upgrade to premium” screen blocks you this time, there will be an X on the upper left hand corner that will allow you to X out and get to your photos. At that point you can go to each photo and save them to your phone’s camera album. Then you can re-hide your photos in a better, more reputable app LOL
I had to move the photos ONE at a time out of UnderLock, because if you try to do more, you get blocked by the “premium” ad again. Hope this helps! And I gave THIS app five stars to make up for all the people giving 1 star, thinking that it’s UnderLock LOL

Lost all my photos

Why was the application changed again? It was giving me an error message, so I deleted and tried to download again but it’s a total different app. I was paying my monthly payment
This is terrible!! 500 photos gone
