IMPORTANT! READ!!

For anyone having issues accessing photos and video from old app, do the following:

1. Turn on Airplane Mode
2. Turn off Wifi
3. Open old app
4. Hit the “x” at the top left of the offer screen
5. You should now have access to those old files.

Suggestion: Transfer your photos and video to another app in case this one disappears forever.

The old app is gone. Everything lost 😔

These developers scammed us all and probably kept a copy of our documents and photos. And they created this new app and cancelled the old one without warning. I had precious documents and family photos of a deceased loved one and now they’re forever gone. I will find a way to sue. I will sue and bring these developers down one way or another.

We only have one app "Secret Photo Album: Underlock", and the one you've used before is called "Secret Photo Vault - UnderLock" is not ours, so we can't help you. We are hoping for a 5* rating so that we can make the app better in the future, thank you!

Locked out of my pictures

Had the original UnderLock app which had a lot of my pictures saved and now am unable to access them even though I am paying... Locks me in a screen saying to update to premium even though I am

Fix this bug

Horrible, I been using this for a long time. I’m not about to keep paying $2.99 for an app not able to login too. I have very important stuff that I need to retrieve from it.

Unreliable- Angry

This app must have been changed without any notice. I can no longer access the things I saved and I’m bombarded with an ad to subscribe. I already did! It’s acting like I don’t have a subscription and it’s no longer in the App Store. This seems to be the same company. I trusted them and now I can’t get my photos back.

DO NOT BUY

The person or team who designed this app likes to discontinue their current app model, where all of your videos/pictures are stored, and causing you to lose access to them forever. If you purchase the new app, it won’t make any difference and there is no help or customer service. Don’t purchase this if you want to store anything you intend to keep. You have been warned.

Developer should go to jail.

After you upload your videos, you won’t be able to see them ever again. It says you have to subscribe , but there is no way to subscribe because an error keeps popping up. Absolutely unfair!

Had paid subscription

I had a paid subscription to this app and now it will not be let me in. I was waiting to see an update or a fix but no such luck.

Once great now unusable

The app will not let you log in meaning you cannot access your pictures. I used to love this app but unless it’s fixed it has become useless

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This app is trash and a scam. I had photos stored in there and then all of a sudden I can’t even view them anymore. The app is trying to make me pay to view photos that are mine in the first place. Whoever runs this is a creep and clearly just wants to keep private photos or videos. Save yourself the trouble and find another app.
