Update = Not Playing
Ever since the update I’ve not been able to open my game at all. It keeps saying to reconnect or ask for support. When I press reconnect it just comes back to the same screen. When I click on support it takes me to a discord page where I am asked to join the group.when I click accept it says the the address doesn’t work. The support button on this page goes nowhere either. Please fix.

Predatory & Dishonest
The bad - game is modeled on exploiting on addictive personality’s and gambling tendencies. Worst of all, the game offers players different experiences via ADs & offers based on player geographic, demographics and past play. It’s common for some players to get sweetheart deals while others are charged significantly more, for significantly less. This skews the game heavily toward the favored players.
Best of all, the game is full of bugs and glitches. Every patch the developers water down the players chances to improve their characters under the guise of content enrichment. While long-standing bugs are left unresolved and new bugs appear with every patch making basic functions unusable; cause game crashes.
Lastly, if you do buy something in game, use a credit card, not a debit card and take a screenshot BEFORE and AFTER you purchase. You guessed it, these guys love the old bait and switch. Buy this, for this, after you pay, you’ll only get some of your purchase. But rest assured, their unresponsive customer service team will reach out to you days later and deny their glitched out game stole from you :). At which point you’ll be glad you paid with a credit card, to dispute the charge.
