Sad…

I played until I unlocked the treasure hunt and because the game forces you to follow the tutorial I was unable to submit a ticket for any kind of help. It freezes on the treasure hunt, I cannot use the back arrow, I cannot do anything because every time I log in, the tutorial forces me to click on the newly opened feature… I deleted the game and still did not fix it.

Even worse is there is zero way to contact support, I was genuinely wanting to play this game that I actually took the time to find their website and there is no support for Blitz, when I click support it shows around five games but not this game.

For a game that has been out almost a year this is unacceptable and sad that once again gaming companies care more for money than the players.

The issue with the Treasure Hunt tutorial freezing was addressed quite a while ago, along with other stability improvements. We’ve also added plenty of new content and exciting events since then. As for support, it’s now easier to reach directly through the game. We'd love for you to give Blitz: Rise of Heroes another shot and see the changes for yourself!

Afk arena clone

Basically a clone of where afk was at 2 yrs ago only battles are 3D, app performance drains your battery, and community is dead.

Can’t open game after update

Just got the latest update and now can’t get into the game. Pretty much sums up my experience with this game. Probably doing me a favor so I can just delete it and move on.

Lost my level 120, VIP 7 account…

After uninstalling the app (to my mistake), and redownloading it, i lost my account.

I’m extremely frustrated as I’ve spent a lot of money on this game. I need help

Another game, where you have to spend loads of money!

Played for about 6 weeks and now it's clear, you cannot progress in this game without constantly spending money! And even when you spend money it won't give you much. You going to have to spend a lot!

Great game to kill time

Very fun, you can play free and still compete just not as fast as those that spent $ for advancement. All depends on your patience, you can play in mind numbing mode and have fun or be more strategic and change equipment and heroes according to each battle.

Great Game

But the biggest scam is that we can double champions on our team but we face teams with double that do 30k or more apiece very unfair to the user. So we can put two of the same ppl to fight the ai but that is allowed not fair at all. Great game tho has my attention for sure.
