Creatively Limitless With So Much Hidden Potential!!!
A great place to express yourself, and be yourself. You can do comedy music podcasting any type of entertainment of your liking, whoever you are, you can be and do it on this app, whether you’re funny quirky whatever comes to mind I love how creative you can truly be with this app through self-expression and letting it all out. Sharing it with such a great supportive and interactive community of creators and followers alike. My only issue is with the mixing settings on the audio. It would be great if you can edit the audio with mixing and more mastering plug-ins in settings to make the audio better in quality, like taking away background noise or adding special effects to make it sound that much more spectacular. And be able to edit those effects with slider nudges, and I think adding these settings would make this app even more amazing. But still, none the less, this app is still amazing in it’s beginning stages, there’s so much hidden potential it has and I’m looking forward to it. Do you want this app to be a place for creatives or a tiktok clone focused on sounds?
First of all the when this app was still on test flight the “vibe check” portion weirded me out. I wondered to myself why must I submit a recording for review before entering and using the app who is going to review it why are you going to review it? Finally I decided to do it and it was made public. I don’t really mind that if they disclosed before I submitted it but they didn’t. It felt like a huge invasion of privacy. We're really sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our product! First and foremost, the mayk app is meant to be a safe space for you to express yourself and create music. Additionally, we'd like to be considered a tool to help overcome insecurities people may have with how they sound when they sing using our studio tools and voice filters. We used to have an application process but have since removed it after hearing similar concerns from our community. The intention of it was to have the community be able to hear fellow creators and ensure a safe space for everyone. It’s a great app, great foundation. Good selection of beats.
However.
I have a mic that has a built in monitor I use for tiktok. I am able to hear the beat and monitor my vocals during a performance. I can’t do that with this app. At all. And without that function I’m not even remotely interested in recording content for the app. It’s that important to me.
Update the app to include this function and

Not for me
I don’t think that it’s terrible, but it’s basically just for rap, as most of the beats seem to be, even the pop ones seem to start leaning towards more rap, which just isn’t my taste in music, also when I went over to the “beat maker” part, I expected it to be a variety of different instrument noises but it was basically just a bunch of gags and hahas, so nothing for serious stuff, also the filters were kind of wonky, especially since you couldn’t tell how much of an effect it would make until you fiddled with the settings and went over the sound again, which isn’t a super big problem in my opinion, I understand that it’s also a social app, but I did want to make an interesting song, but honestly I wasn’t given much to work with in terms of background, you had the pre-made beats, which there was quite a bit of variety of, but I couldn’t make my own beat, nor was there any seeming way to upload a beat unto it, which is a pretty big deal, when people hear “make a song” it makes you think of the lyrics AND melody, and it was unfortunate that I could only make the lyrics, which makes this more of a songwriting app than a song making app, I suppose it would be useful if you’re interested in rap or making lyrics, but honestly not much else

We're sad to hear you had a poor experience on our app. It's our mission to connect as many people to the magical moment of hearing themselves sound good and we're bummed we couldn't help you accomplish that this time. Our app has been focused on songwriters and vocalists at first, but we're working with producers everyday to upload their beats on our app and give them as much exposure as we possibly can. We currently don't support beat making in the app, but you can always create your own sounds using our soundboard, or upload your own beat as long as you have it on your phone. Honestly I’d rate this app higher if I where to be able to upload pre recorded vocals or even pre recorded songs ofc I know about the upload your own beat but that doesn’t really help much but other than that it’s actually not that badig@k06broly

This is the most original music app I’ve ever seen! Cannot express to you enough how fun and easy and smart this new music-making app is. In 30 seconds, you can come up with your own song, apply top-notch vocal filters, even choose a gif or photo for your release. You can choose from a library of talented music producer’s beats OR you can even make your own and upload it! The possibilities of collaborating with others and encouraging others is limitless… and it’s for everyone: people who have never written a song in their life to people who wanna make a living doing music. The Corner of Success
This app is amazing, please don’t be mistaken by the four stars. It gives users a tinder like interface that lets you swipe left/right to listen to new music (in a similar style to tiktok) and you can create your own music with so many different effects and backgrounds. I love love love this app! I recommend it to everyone and spend hours creating music on it. My only complaint is that the music recording and editing process could have a few more tools, like being able to pause during a recording, and then being able to chose the recording filters after you sang. I haven’t found a way to do that yet, so perhaps that’s in there and I’m missing it. Those features I mentioned would take this app from 4 stars to 100 stars! This app truly is sitting and waiting for it’s day to go viral. I can see this being one of the next big things in a few years. Definitely try it out for yourself and see!Show lessmeenayii

This app makes it easy to create something from nothing. If you love music, this is like Canva for music lovers. You can create something in seconds. It’s fun to create and share music with a really supportive community. There’s nothing else like it that that I’ve ever seen. Serious or silly, it’s all good.
