Cloud direct works, Bluetooth not so much
This controller would be AMAZING if only the Bluetooth on it actually worked. It connects to in Bluetooth settings for iPhone, but it's not recognizing it as a controller which defeats the purpose of what I wanted to use it for.PixelStrider
Feels good and remembers all your networks.
1) The controller itself is on par with the popular console controllers.
2) The cool thing about the controller and this app is that it will remember all your settings and you don’t have to select or connect a game or device.

Works well around the house. But if you like to kill time while at work or traveling. It does not or with other networks or phone providers internetcatjonathandog
Connecting controller
You can connect the controller via Bluetooth on iOS 14.3 and 14.5 beta. The app crashed immediately, but if you hold the action button(circle) and B together for 3 seconds it becomes discoverable. Just connect and start playing.@filmsuperstar35mm
Won’t work
Just for my new controller, but app crashes instantly. Still in beta, so hopefully it will be better soonpatpcs1
Crashed on open

Crashes when opened
Could be a compatibility issue with iOS 14.5 beta, but I’ve not been able to open the app at all. I’ve found no support information anywhere.DDiamond77

The worst app
I purchased the Luna controller and my controller won't connect. It keeps saying to contact customer service and after being transferred to 6 different reps it's not fixed. It's such a waste of money tbhnelzass
Interesting product. Horrendous adoption
Have been trying to troubleshoot connecting to the Luna Controller app. I go through the authentication phase, connect to network, and then error out. I’ve contacted support and received the same answer multiple times and then was escalated to another associate who just told me to make sure my app is updatedShow lessHeavyeverything
