I’ve read though the other comments and not sure what they are talking about. This app does exactly what I need every time.
Can't even sign in without crashing
I can't even reach the point of accessing and using the app because it crashes after logging in, during the Loading Accounts process.
If you are the developer, quit
I don’t have to say a whole lot regarding this app other than of the 320 apps I have on my iPhone. This one is the worst. It’s never worked it crashes at every phase and if you’re lucky you might be able to after trying 3 to 6 times accomplish one simple task.
I feel like anybody who has their name on this should quit. This is an embarrassment and it’s a real pain in the back for those who need to use it

Easy
This app is not super fancy or flashy, but it gets the job done and I like using it.
Its our money and they act like a collections agency
The app and MetLife are subpar service providers that are nearly impossible to get in contact with. They seem to disapprove medical expenses that are clearly listed on statements on a whim. I’ve never had to prove what I’m doing with my own money for medical expenses so much of my 26 year career with my employer. My chiropractor they approve quickly and with no problem and that goes for the HSA web store that’s out there. Anything to do with a big hospital, that clearly has the hospitals letterhead on it. I end up having to go back and prove every single time. These are just not worth having plan C…. The act like a collection agency also like it’s their money instead of their managing the money..

Worst app
Easily the worst app with such a pathetic slow performance. Every button spins wheel. It is frustrating to use the app.
App looks nice; security is flaky
- careful when enabling Face ID it will let you get to the security questions without any user ID entered. Then of course, it fails when you submit the three answers and you scratch your head for a bit. I went through several iterations of reloading the app and changing security questions via the web site before I figured this out. There is only one happy path to getting this set up!

This App needs modern UI urgently
The UI is like in 90’s times - MetLife needs an UI overhauling for this App
Password Doesn’t Work
I changed my password on the website because my old password wasn’t working with the app and the app doesn’t recognize the new password.
