Easy to get reimbursed
I worked with a couple of different FSA providers and this was the most user friendly app around. Not a lot of complicated choices. It does what I need it to do!
Not as good as wage works
We used a different app for our FSA in the past. It was much better. I have had problem after problem using this app. Most of the time I try and log in through our SSO on the MetLife homepage because I loath the app so much. I updated my bank info via the web portal last week. Now I’m logging in via app while traveling and it’s telling me my bank account is inactive.
There’s no way to see any of my messages in the app. How am I supposed to see if something is wrong? Why are our messages unavailable in the app? That makes no sense.

Unable to log in
Able to log in on the web browser just fine, but not on the app making it completely unusable.
Buggy login interface
I don’t k ow what is going on lately these past few weeks but I keep getting failednlogin attenosnusing the app. Logging in online is no problem. Is there a bug issue with the current app version? Please fix asap

I submitted two claims via the app and took a photo of my receipts. Took less than a minute! Very user friendly

Feels like it was made 10 years ago. Constantly have to reset password, not user friendly

Horrible Service
This process is cumbersome. You keep declining my payment requests for frivolous reasons. The old app was better and easier to use. Please bring it back. Fix this service or I will not waste time with it next year. Even submitting this review stinks. Why do you need to provide a nickname? I tried to enter “abcd” and it was taken. Get a clue!!
