Unable to change payment method before submitting to get automatic deposit to checking account which is active

Receipts get rejected quite often that are clearly from a doctors office for copays.

Can’t find an option to upload multiple photo receipts for one claim. This user interface is marginal.
Work needed on site
It would be helpful to be able to pull receipts from our files in addition to the camera or photos.
Too complicated
Can’t easily find choice. You must enter a selection first before seeing sub choice. Should remember previously entered providers.
