  • Doesn’t work

    Just straight up doesn’t work. Crashes when you try to play or just gives you the infinite ring of doom and you have to hard quit the app. A shame, because I was likely to vote for some of these shows which I can’t watch now.
  • A Joke

    This is a terrible app. Constantly crashing. Clunky. It amazes me that one of the biggest companies in entertainment can’t create an app that voters can easily use.
  • NOT WORKING AT ALL

    App loads…. But try playing a show. You get the infinite loading ring circling. No way out but by hard quitting the app. Doesn’t work on Apple TV. Doesn’t work on iPad. Do the developers know this at all? Or have they all been fired because of AI and we’ll never get this fixed?
  • Worst FYC experience

    Extremely slow when it does connect — which is very rarely. I finally gave up. Max clearly is no longer interested in award season.
  • Rename this app

    This app is charading as the main HBO/MAX app. It’s the top hit when searching for either HBO or MAC. Waste of time. Apple and the developer should get a less confusing name.

    No sound from speakers on iPad with current OSversion. Can get sound using Bluetooth headphones but not out of the built in speakers.
    Tried all the suggested fixes multiple times.
    Please patch this. Geez.
    In this day and age how can this be an issue?
  • App doesn’t work on AppleTV

    As a voting member of the TV Academy, I was provided a link to this app, which they say is supposed to work with my AppleTV. It doesn’t. I downloaded it to the gadget and tried to use it. But when I enter my passcode — copied from my Academy member page — I get an error message: “Something went wrong, try again”. So I tried again and again and again over the course of a few weeks. It NEVER works. I tried restarting my AppleTV. I tried restarting my modem. I tried contacting the TV Academy. Nothing I tried worked and I didn’t get any help other than being told the easiest way to view the FYC content was to go to the website, log in there and use my device (an iPad in my case) to mirror the video to my TV via AppleTV. So that’s what I’ve been doing. It works but it sure would’ve been nice to get the AppleTV app they provided to actually work!
