Thank you for your feedback, and sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the resident app. We've looked into the Chats feature and no issues were detected. However, it's worth nothing that to see All Chats again (same as initial Chats load), you need to unselect the specific group. Hopefully that helps. If there's indeed issues loading all Chats, we'd recommend you uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure you're on the latest app version, and hopefully that will fix the issue for you. The app is a failure.
I can’t copy the WiFi code through the app, it just comes up as ‘missing’.
I can’t report the issue because when I do, it hits an error and tells me it’s an invalid input.
All of this could be avoided by investing your concierges with trust and information, and writing stuff down instead of using this dystopian app that doesn’t work.

Keeps logging out

We're sorry to hear you were affected by this temporary issue which was causing our iOS users to be logged out every 24h. A fix for this is in the latest app release, if you could ensure you're in the latest version of the app this will be resolved.
