Poorly balanced, cheap, and buggy
The game starts out fun, but it quickly goes sour as you get higher in level. The pvp in is pretty awful. You face the same 5-6 characters repeatedly and you’re stuck building a team of 4-5 other characters to cheaply counter them. No strategy and no real flavor to team building. Teams several thousand points “weaker” can also 1-shot through shields and tacked defenses.
There’s no fun to be had once you get past the honeymoon phase. I’m just glad I didn’t have to sink any money into it. That’s maybe the one saving grace, but it’s worn off on me.Show lessBuggy
I don’t have a lot of patience for significant bugs. I just ran into a significant one. In PVP, for some reason once in a while I can’t change my target. My team will lock onto a certain person and then for no apparent reason tapping other parties doesn’t seem to do anything. After killing that enemy, it goes back to normal and I can change targets.
I’m literally deleting until this bug is fixed. Otherwise it’s a very fun app. But, like… don’t waste my time.Show lessGreat but could use some tweaks
First, I really like this game. I like that I can play at my pace and not feel like any distraction is going to cause me to get beat up.
I think there are some places where adjustments are warranted. In the mission section, why do I have to re-choose the team at every stage, even if I choose “next” which implies I want to keep going with the team I have. Frankly I’d like to see the ability to assign set away teams and then recall them for missions or whatever. That would be a huge time saver when trying to build up characters/teams.
Thanks for the great work and I look forward to the next update.Show lessGood but not great
Overall a fun game, though I must say that when replaying missions, it “irks” me that you’re required to replay every battle, but you don’t get the resources. You skip straight over it. If you have to replay a mission, you should give all rewards that were given in that mission if you’re required to do the battles.Show lessA couple toggles need to be made
The game is all about upgrading and buying more hero’s to battle against enemy’s. I like parts about that but where to begin on adjustments!? Okay, first off the pvp. I mean, WHY DO THEY JUST STAND THERE!? Maybe a joystick for movement? Next, the servers. It makes me feel odd when there aren’t people to play with globally. I want servers added please. Finally, more attacks. You know how it’s listed RPG? Well I don’t think you caught onto that part. I want more AOE, RPG, and BURST. Thank you for your timeShow lessLost saved games with year-old bug
The game is quite fun to play, until you load the game on an Apple TV. At which point, it will completely override any saved games. There is an online thread on Reddit where others have faced the same bug, wiping out over a year worth of progress and leveling up. I contacted support, but they said that there was nothing they could do about it, and said I should have known the difference between the Continue and Load buttons. Do not invest your time in playing this game!Show lessBuggy, unsatisfying
Broken PvP is just silly. Never fixed. Even with stats like 20k vs 14k, you lose 80% of the time. Continual problems with round generation with alliances... They just don't refresh. After you hit 99, there's nowhere else to go - nothing new except the occasional new character, with the same skills under new names. PvP isn't, really; not in real time, you just get a notice that you lost various encounters the next day. Survival rewards are always locked at the lowest level. Once missions are dine, there's no remaining story. Repetitive. It was fun at first, but becomes a total dead end.Show lessLove it, despite the bugs
This game is fantastic. The bugs almost make it more interesting.
Bug hunt wishlist top item is in PVP where the game mechanics seem to fail (game says my shot will easily zero, and opponent survives despite not having an apparent buff to do so.. play some pvp and you will see the strangeness). Keep up the good work, good people. 💕Show lessAn actually fun Star Trek game
Maybe because it’s an Arcade game, but for once this isn’t a money-grubbing heart breaker of a game. It plays like an action RPG with mobile gaming conventions of daily and weekly events, PVP battle reward tiers, daily sales of permanent gear and things like that. But you just use collectibles and latinum that you get from your normal play to upgrade.
Oh, and the story in the main plot line is actually good. It keeps you interested and reading the cut scenes for the plot.
I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve waited two months to do this review always waiting for this game to break my heart. It hasn’t yet. Love it.Show lessGood game, but still needs a lot of improvements.
Overall fun game, technical issues are my problem. I just fought through 5 pvp matches. Witch you need to do for your daily rewards. You don’t just need to fight 5 matches as it says. You need to WIN 5 matches, not play 5 matches. Or I just completed other mundane missions, but they are not listed as being completed. This happens often and is really taking away from this game. Forcing you to repeat such missions, operations, whatever over and over again. Or just not collect the reward for that day. And why can you not upgrade you officers skills past level 2? Make zero sense. Good game, very fun. But the technical issues are a big problem. And just wondering why is dr. Phlox and t’pol in the game but not capt archer, or commander “trip” tucker???Show less
