Need to opt-in to 24/7 first!
I have solved this thanks to the reviews and responses here. It would be better if this was made clear on the initial instruction screens - I was not aware that I had to sign in on browser to activate 24/7 before I could be verified on the app! Why isn’t this in the initial instructions!?!? Also I wasn’t aware I wasn’t signed up for 24/7 anyway!

Firstly the video are amazing the trainers selected to record the trainings are exceptional.
I would like to mention hit with Tan- not only he is a great trainer but also motivating and encouraging, total body work out with Chris- I smile when I put the video on and at the end every time I just had a great fun and workout. Each video has a music at the background which to me is very important. It’s the music they keeps me going.
Spinning with Luke- one of my favourite, pump with Zara, and various yoga classes. There is so much yet to explore.
Finally I mainly work out at lunch time so this app has given me 3 hours to my evening and I do it every day instead of going to the scheduled class when time allows.
