24/7 line to members

I started using 24/7 after the Covid confinement period. I found it to help me establish a line, with excellent athletes who care about our health and well being. The team were knowledgeable and provide exercises that cater to all needs from stretching to yoga to HIIT and strength. I still use it to this day.

Great variety and great content

Have not been a fan of online classes but these are great. Something for everyone and progressive too so not all at same level.
Keep it up please. Hannah and Lizzie are amazing!

Brilliant. Multi ability and varied classes

Love this app. Got me started before I had the confidence to go to the gym. There’s a class for everyone and every ability. Use it now when I don’t have time to get to the gym.

Brilliant

I love Nuffield 24/7.
I generally do the yoga and Pilates, leaving more time to do weights and classes at the gym.
All the teachers are excellent, clear instructions.

Superb, handy, convenient just need a Wi-Fi connection and ready to workout with personal trainers. I am out holidays (overseas) but my routine is still going efficiently. Thanks to Nuffield 24x7. Very grateful 😇

Just started to use Nuffield 24

Great variety of classes, clear explanation of exercises,how to upgrade or downgrade each one.
Instructors are encouraging and positive.
I haven’t had chance to explore all options yet.

Awesome!

The workouts are easy to filter and there is plenty of choice. There’s lots of instructors with a variety of different styles, so it’s easy to find ones that I like.

Would be even better if there was a feature to write personal notes on the classes E.g for Pump! I could record the weights I use for each class…

Impossible to log in

I try and log in, which then directs you to an email you receive. However, when you open the link in the email it takes you to safari / Google, but fails to actually log you in on the app. I can only now access the workouts via my browser on my phone as opposed to the app - pointless.

Short classes for when you are strapped for time

24/7 is a great app, I can do the classes I like to attend at the gym at home when I’m short of time. There’s a wide variety of instructors and there are some short classes. Absolutely love this app!

Easy to do at home

Don’t want to risk going back to packed studios. Was so glad Nuffield set this up. Like doing them in my own time too.
