Unable to start/proceed + unable to contact
I tried to contact the developer through the help section but am unable to submit a “bug report”.
My phone screen and entire phone hardware is 100% fine and working perfectly with other apps. It is only unresponsive to this app and its buttons. Please contact me.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the issue of being unable to proceed after entering your email and the inability to submit an error report, there was a temporary server issue yesterday which may have caused this problem. Our servers are now functioning properly. We kindly ask you to please try again. If you encounter any further issues or have any suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you for using our app! We’re glad to hear your feedback. Regarding the password issue, our latest update now allows for various types and sizes of passwords to be used. Additionally, to create a to-do list, you can find the button right above the ‘Start Focus’ button on the focused page. Furthermore, you can manage and edit your projects in detail by accessing the ‘Manage’ option in the top right corner of the homepage. We’re continuously working on improving the app, so please feel free to reach out to us anytime with any questions or suggestions you may have. Your feedback is valuable to us!
Broken and no response from support!
I tried deleting and reinstalling the app (which means having to start from scratch as there is no account to save progress) and it worked until roughly the same point of progress before starting the crashing again.
I tried contacting support but got no response. I have paid for the subscription and everything so I am not impressed!
It’s a pity because if it didn’t have this issue I would love it and happily continue to use and pay for the app, but if I don’t get a response from the creator telling me how to fix this issue then I’m not going to keep paying for an app that isn’t useable

Hi.I'm really sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience and also thank you with your patient and everything.I’ll try to fix the problem you mentioned as soon as possible. I'm start to locate the problem at this moment, once I fix the bug I'll let you know.At the mean time,it would be very helpful if you can show me at what kind of circumstances the crash happened,(The crash start at which Scene or maybe after you put some certain items in your bag?)or share the crash dialog with me:Settings - Privacy & Security - Analytics & Improvements - Share With App Developers,this way I can locate the problem imidiately. After fix this problem I'll develop the register function you mentioned.Meanwhile,if you like to delete an app without erase the data,please consider:General - iPhone/iPad storage - Find the app - Offload App.If you already delete the app I can try to Restore Data.
