I love this SM

I never really write reviews unless I’m talking about bad things, but I just HAD to write one for this game. I was on waifulabs, and I noticed there was a game you could import your characters into! So I downloaded it, and it’s amazing! I mostly don’t agree with AI, but this is an exception. I love it!

Amazing idea, please keep it up!

This is really fun, usually you have to fight to get a character you absolutely love the design of in a gacha. Not here!

Goodbye, you won’t be missed

It’s been over a year since release, and by now it’s safe to say this game is dead in the water. Abysmal player base, stagnant gameplay, and looks like devs gave up on it too. It’s just lazy design to keep players capped while pile on with higher level enemy, now we have to fight like lv85 bosses with lv40 units still. And for a dance game, we spent tons of time and $$ to come up with a set, and against bosses they surely make it next impossible to actually “dance”. Is this your idea of having fun? Because after a year, the fun element is all but lost on me.

It’s missing A LOT

the look and gameplay of this game is very unique but everything else is just kinda… plain.

First off the second day playing this game it’s now keeps saying “loading” every two seconds so it’s extremely difficult and annoying to play like that.

The characters don’t have animations and they kinda just float up and down to make it seem that they added movement to the characters.

There is no voice acting which makes the game not have as much personality as it should.

There also isn’t much to do in the menu besides go with the story’s, leveling up characters, etc.

The events aren’t really special,

And the really high star characters don’t look very high star which doesn’t get me very excited about getting them.

The texting goes way too fast and when I tap to continue the dialog with the cutscene things it’s super sudden because the dialogue starts the millisecond I tap the screen (literally).

Other than ALL of those things it’s ok but it would make the game better if you fixed and added those things in. AND THE CAT IS SO CUTE!!!

Great game, but

Some times the login takes a long time, other times l can't login at all.

Worth your time.

Not what I expected, and it takes a second to get the hang of, but it’s really fun and interesting. Give it a chance.

the game is wonderful, but i struggle to grasp the lore

i’ve tried coming back to this game yesterday due to not understanding the story of the tutorial (and now i do) but lots of things in the main game are complicated for me, there should be a [?] button which re-explains a part if you haven’t done it already (not sure as I’ve deleted the app), and the story after the tutorial confuses me even more… they’re trying to retrieve an illegal weapon which is a cat? i don’t even know anymore. maybe if there was a summary section or some sort of chatlog like most visual novels have in order to read over messages that i don’t understand, then that would be helpful. it’s probably because im too stupid to comprehend the lore of any game, but this game feels special as it has wonderful music, a modern feel and nice gameplay mechanics. it would be a shame for me to drop this game just because i can’t understand the story side of things. thanks in advance.

Game not working

Stuck at checking for updates , seems like a cool game though

Too many dudes

All my 5+ star pulls have been dudes.

Fantastic concept. Poorly executed.

On the surface this *seems* like a great game. At first it even is fun. It has a unique concept that if it had been done right, COULD have made for a great game. But it wasn't done right, and at this point I'm astonished the game was released in such a state.

CONS

1. Some of the attacks in this game have barely any indicator / barely any time to react to them when you do notice them. Stuff like an umbrella that if it hooks you, you get stunned and are forced to take damage since you can't move out of the way of the attack anymore (and the top 3 boxes force you to take damage too if you were there but weren't hooked), or an attack where you have to get into the boxes fast enough to NOT take damage (except the time to move into them is far too short.) You have to already know beforehand where you're supposed to be moving to if you have any shot of getting in the safety zone in time.

2. You're going to get screwed by RNG... a lot. If you're a completionist, don't bother playing this game because you have to complete a level without getting hit every single time if you want all the stars. And that gets real frustratingly old, real fast.

3. The game drops new mechanics on you without warning. If there was any sort of tutorial on that attack prior, I wouldn't have an issue with that. But suddenly I'm getting hit by an attack that I had no prior knowledge of because they were too lazy to program a tutorial for whenever a player encounters a mechanic for the new time.

4. The game prioritizes making sure you know what an efficient moveset is for your characters, and then proceeds to occasionally force you to do levels with characters you both don't even own and have a terribly optimized moveset. They're awful. Seriously.

PROS

1. You can get hit by Truck-kun and die instantly, ending your pointless misery and suffering.

TL;DR
Ignore all good reviews and skip this game unless you're a glutton for punishment.
