You would think for a school of engineers you could build a simple app
The app itself is incredibly slow. And the ticketing system has some serious problems.
Won’t let you save mobile tickets to wallet
This app is not helpful. It doesn’t give you the option to save your mobile tickets to your mobile wallet. Needs major improvement.
Can’t See Tickets or Move to Wallet
New version, 2.0, automatically updated today. Viewing football tickets is slow and you cannot move tickets to your Apple Wallet.
Let’s hope that they get this fixed as first home game is in 10 days.

Should still allow the option of printed tickets. I should not have to stress about not being able to download tickets to an Apple wallet. The tickets are there, but I can’t access them. So now I have to get them manually sent to me by the ticket office. Very frustrating and avoidable.
Can't sell tickets together
Basically you have to sell your tickets individually even though they are next to each other because whoever set up this app didn't let ticket master know one side of the stadium has even numbers and the other side odd.
I'm sure this has cost some season ticket holders money.

Fix the “consecutive seats” error for sellers
The Ticketmaster integration doesn’t understand that Clemson home games organize their seating numbers by odd (home side) & even (visitors).
App will not allow selling of tickets as error for non-consecutive seat numbers prevents progressing thru process.

Selling Tickets via Stub Hub does not work
Seats in Memorial Stadium are either all even or all odd based on your section. This app will not let you sell your seats because it thinks they are not sequential. Please investigate and repair.
