Car washes always broke down
80% of the time I go by one of the 3 car washes in a 60 mile radius they are most always out of service. If the car wash does a crappy job and you try to go through for a second wash it will not let you. Waste of monthly subscription money.

Disappointed
The concept is great but it doesn’t tell you when a car wash is out of order. I spend more time trying to find a working car wash than I should need to. The wash club is not worth the money.

It’s a good service
Only good as a last resort
App is slow to respond, and if you’re anywhere with poor connections or maybe the network went down or even your phone service stop working. Good luck. If you can get the window sticker, I highly recommend that. This app is at best “OK”.
Unable to use
I tried to enter credit card information into app so I could use it but it said my credit card was invalid. It works everywhere else…

App fails in setting up account…after charging my cc
I tried to set up my account through this app. I have attempted it five separate occasions. The app keeps closing after I get to the part where I put in my credit card information. I get notification that my credit card account has been charged, then the app closes again.
I am seriously reconsidering getting the monthly subscription if this is what I can expect

You have to understand the setting
To use this app you have to ensure your not passing it back and fourth from one phone to the other and that your location and Bluetooth are on. I called the customer service people (who are wonderful by the way) and I didn’t know half this stuff. I love the app and it’s very user friendly.
