I’ve had my canes account for about a year now and I’ve ran into multiple problems using it such as the app won’t letting me login saying I was banned from the website when I haven’t used my app in a while and my Caniac rewards not loading. And from my understanding and everything so far this only happens to me and I don’t understand why, FIX THIS.
UPDATE: Thankfully my problem has been resolved I believe it was just a minor bug with my account but when I reached out the the Canes Team they really helped me out ALOT with my issue and now iam receiving my rewards and canes caniac emails again.Show lessDeveloper Response

This is ridiculous. First, I’m forced to update the app before using it “to make things better”. Then, when I do that exact thing, I can’t use the app anymore. What’s the purpose of a mandatory update “to make things better” if it doesn’t actually do that. Nothing I have done makes it to where I can log in again. I can’t share an image to show the error but it keeps telling me that, “You are being rate limited” because the owner of the app has temporarily banned me from accessing it. I can’t even make an order without signing up or logging in. Maybe another mandatory update needs to happen to actually make the app work. I’ve never encountered this in the many apps I’ve downloaded and it makes me want to stop going entirely. If I’m “temporarily banned” after updating the app, maybe I’ll just forget that the company exists.Show lessDeveloper Response

This app never fails to….well fail. Half the time I give up eating at canes bc this app lets me go all the way through ordering before glitching out. I’m ashamed to say I’ve been trying to use the app to order for about an hour tonight. Over the time I’ve used the app glitches have ranged from saying the store is closed when it isn’t, saying my account has an issue, saying items are available etc. tonight everything went well until it asked for my car information which I entered and then went I hit continue I just get stuck on a white screen. Changing the method to in store pick up works fine. Changing the store you still get the same issue. I’m a believer of if you can’t do it well don’t do it. You’re app has only caused me inconvenience.Show less
