Doesn’t work on IPhone 14 or IPad 2023

Guess I just request a refund? Progress bar loads and gets to full and nothing happens. After about 5 mins if you switch out of the app and come back you’ll get a dark screen an music looping. That’s it. I guess it can teach kids the frustration of updating software to work with system updates and when developers don’t do that properly, this is what you get.

Glitchy and no support

This app is so well programmed with regard to the academic content, but we have ground to a halt several times where the app wouldn’t accept any input on any of multiple iPads. I wrote them four times across multiple weeks, and they didn’t reply to me at all. Five stars for the instructional sequence, zero stars for functionality

Game glitch

My children love this app but it keeps glitching eg asking for an answer so we put it in but nothing happens you have to wait a while, it tells you the correct answer you input is wrong then it allows you to move on, this used to happen occasionally but now it’s daily, I have emailed and gone through app support but have had no answer, if its not resolved soon I will cancel it.

RUBBISH

So I got the app and went on it and signed up but I was a trial so I couldn't do anything on it so maybe could you make some changes maybe I could play on the game but not do as much things as on the subscription
