Can’t pass unless you pay $
I’m on level 60 on Crystal Palace and no matter what I do I cannot pass this level. I suspect I’ll pass once I pay for the bonus, but I refuse to give any more money for this game so looks like this is it. Was lots of fun up until nowminimal ads please
Timing of Rooms Availability
I agree with another player’s review about fixing the timing. The customers are arriving before you can get the orders of the people already in the rooms. You shouldn’t have to use up so many boosts on one level. I enjoy the game, but that problem is about to make me stop playing. I understand wanting it to be a challenge at upper levels. After several attempts at the same level, I feel the difficulty level should be less challenging to allow the player to advance to the next level. If you get stuck on a level for a week or so you feel defeated and just stop playing. It’s fun and I definitely have enjoyed playing it.Show lessA Grammy in GA
Great game until....
I have loved this game until recently. I’m playing the Crystal Palace level and the levels are completing while I’m still serving guests. For example, I “lost” a level because I was $139 short of the goal. However, I was in the process of serving a lobster to a guest, which would have been $60, and had two guests to check out, which would have been $52 each. I would have won the level and exceeded the goal if the level had actually let me finish playing the round. However, the levels are ending saying that there are no more guests and that I haven’t hit the target. But not all of the guests have checked out - I’m still serving them!! I’ve contacted support twice and no resolution. It’s super frustrating to have a game set you up for failure when you should be winning. I hope they figure out what’s causing this and correct it soon. I’d be happy to revise my review at that time because I have thoroughly enjoyed this game up until now.Show lessamcda2zj
Hotel Craze
Update: I posted a less than positive review of this game in the past. However, times and previous concerns have changed. Glitches have been addressed and the game is again one of the best. It is one of the best games to increase coins and diamonds in order to complete upgrades and get boosts without breaking the bank. Graphics have always been great. The levels are challenging without being frustrating. Don’t miss out so get the game now or again today❣️❤️❣️Show lessJazzy's Pic

Concerning the half minutes free.
It would be nice to have the choice of using it or storing it for later use.

It's fun but in the higher levels there are times where there will be full rooms with new customers waiting and things don't move smoothly as they should so you're set up to fail.
The developers are going to say "we make it challenging and fun" as a way to consule you but that's just another way of saying "if we make levels that you can't win without boosters, then we're most likely going to make more revenue because people are buying diamonds to buy said boosters"
It's nice that there are lot of opportunities to get resources through watching ads but God bless it's annoying.Show lesskitagawa.smith16
Entertaining but bad timing and glitching in game!
I agree with the person’s review that talked about the timing being bad in regards to the people waiting in line for a room. It’s not “challenging” but rather impossible to get past without using special power ups. Not just that, I’ve had it where everyone waiting in line for a room sat there to the point they all got angry and left and none of the guests left their rooms the entire time. Maybe there was a glitch or something but I took a screenshot to prove it. It’s sad because I used up so many of my power ups to try to keep them happy but it didn’t work out in the end and I still lost. Hopefully you guys can fix that because other than those problems, I really do like the game and I appreciate the challenge when it’s not made impossible to beat.Show lesseunicem21
Level design / queue management challenges
Reiterating what others have said...room occupancy unbalanced versus new arrivals. Also, if you’re going to have room preference s for guest, let me choose which waiting guest I assign next, not just first in, first out.
Bug issues: I’m only on London level, but noticeable lag between tapping a guest, and when open room arrows appear. Huge issue when every second counts. Running on an iPhone 12, so using best horsepower available.
Also, why can I only assign the bellboy up to 5 actions?! That’s ludicrous. If your thought is that it adds to the challenge, it doesn’t. Just makes the game no fun. Change action queue to at least 9.Show lessDJ4321::/

It’s better balanced, has all the same ideas, and you won’t be waiting for people to order while customers at the reception are getting angry that you haven’t cleaned the still-full room. I think there’s some kind of bug on this game that stops people from ordering until you’ve completed some other action, like, way too often I’ve only gotten people to order after I check in the person I was hoping to have the room cleaned out for. Way too much time is spent waiting... and then you get punished for being too slow. And I don’t mean by suddenly having 6 orders to fill. I mean because it takes 4 seconds for people to order and the reception has a max patience of 4 seconds. That’s the definition of unbalanced.

Overall a fun game
This game is a fun time management game which is refreshing from all the match 3 and hidden object games. The animations are good and the storyline is what you expect. My one complaint is the need for the purple gems in addition to coins for the upgrades. Gems are hard to get without purchasing and they are required for every upgrade, along with coins AND there is usually a wait to get the upgrades as well...2-8 hours +. If I have to use gems to upgrade something the delivery should be instantaneous. Once I run out of gems and can’t upgrade anymore, I might have to uninstall and find one a bit more user friendly for playing.Show lessPand5js
