This game is good but hard
This game is good but after the first hotel it gets really hard having to operate two people at once is a bit crazy. I’m surprised that you also seem to be giving the same reply to the negative reviews.

Love the game
However, I'm level 80 on the latest level, Crystal Palace. I have upgraded everything and the level requires 2613 coins for the goal. I dont miss a thing, yet I cant pass the level. I keep getting 2609 coins even with plenty of time left over. Is something wrong? No, I dont have the double coins, it costs too much gems to buy it

Too hard
In the beginning it was fun but I am now on level 80 in the 2nd hotel and it is impossible to pass this level. I understand you have to make it challenging but not impossible.

Amazing game but really hard
Hotel craze is really fun but after about level thirty it starts to get really hard. When I got this game and did the first few levels i thought it was one of my favourite games. Unfortunately it just got harder and harder as I kept on playing. It started to get impossible when there were three guests waiting for a room, when all four rooms were full! It just got ridiculous and I’m tempted to delete so if you are going to get this game, just keep in mind it is really hard.

A major con!
The game is fun the first 30 levels but when you get past this, it’s impossible to move past without buying ‘extras’. However when I have purchased the ‘rookie’ extras - twice - there was absolutely no difference in the game. No advantage at all. It is either a flawed game or just a huge con. I’m thinking it is the latter as even the communication doesn’t go through.
Do not even bother!!!

Money grubbing
I like the game, but it’s a money grubber and it’s frustrating after a while. The second English hotel is impossible to win with 13 smiles, I’m beginning to think it’s rigged.
It’s sad, because it’s such a cute game and it would be much more fun if there would be more rewards to earn help. It should be free like it used to be in the old games hotel dash, it was fun and I played it over and over again, but now, I will delete it and never come back and I will tell people to be aware. I have better things to do than wasting my time and money.

Fix timing
You need to fix the timing of your customers. Full rooms, and you stack a line of new customers waiting. It would be doable if the rooms emptied out faster but you’re just waiting for them to place an order. So it’s not a matter of being faster. Yes, you could use the boosters but again, it’s not about being fast. It’s too much waiting for orders to be placed while you send new customer one after the other. You shouldn’t have to use the ‘happy’ boost 4 or 5 times in one level due to the bad design. Overall it’s a good game on par with the other similar hotel games like this.
