I just downloaded it like 2 minutes ago tried playing it took lil time to load and it asked me to play mini i tried playing it and it crashed so fix it I love every review but pls fix it gonna give it one star for nowbrithni💗
Love this game but…
I have played this game for a few years and have loved it! Paid to have the ads dropped no biggie for me, BUT, it’s like they’ve stopped updating it since early 2023, there are no new hotels, the challenges are the same, and not updated with seasonal content. I’ve had it for so long I’ve solved all the hotels. I’m disappointed that they’re not updating it with new hotels, challenges, and so forth. Couple of items I’d like to see …get rid of the fish tank, decorating the rooms, and make the edges a bit cleaner on the main screen, along with more hotels, bring back the cooking challenge, and don’t be so routine in your challenges, every weekend you have the stupid fish and it was never expanded beyond what it
Is. All that to say, for someone new it will be fun for a long while but once you’ve had it for a year or so, and solved the hotels it’s game over!Show lesslalafae

When I first got the app o thought it was a normal MAKEOVER game, that’s what it looks like right? WRONG!! This game is a FAKE…
When I first opened this game it flipped sideways, which isn’t a bad thing, I just wasn't expecting it. Then, it started a tutorial, it showed people and a hotel. I thought that it was just telling me the game in general. When the tutorial first starts it shows you a hotel. Then, it tells you to tap the person and tap a room. Then he/she comes out. You have to tap he/she to check out. You then have to tap on the custodian to clean the room. Now this isn’t bad, but I was looking for a MAKEOVER game, and this is NOT that! It is NOTHING like what is looks like and is TRICKING PEOPLE into think it is a game THAT IS IS NOT. Now, if that is the type of game you like, then go ahead, get this “awesome” game. If not then DON’T! I’m not trying to be rude when I say this, but, this game is not only lying but it is also BORING! Thank you for listening.Show lessAbopaskac
Love this game!
This game has the best of both worlds; it has some very well animated and satisfying ASMR mini games. As well as a very fun and easy to play hotel part of the game. In this hotel part there are little mini parts of the gameplay such as the aquarium and pet area. This game is well animated, fun to play and very well designed/ thought out. Overall love the game!

No new hotel for almost a year and pets are useless now and too many unrelated mini games
They have removed the pet boost ability that you could use in the main hotel game to help you get through a hard level and you can’t win free pets during quest seasons anymore. Pets are useless now, just another money pit. Stop adding more and more mini games and focus on adding more hotel levels. No one likes the mini games that give no advantages whatsoever to the main hotel game. The mini games are just time wasters that serve no purpose to the hotel game progression. Also, it’s been almost a year since you’ve added new levels or a new hotel. Used to be a good game but now it’s rubbish.Show lessWicked1028

Played this game for a couple of years now. It has been entertaining, challenging and a great time filler.
But recently they have changed their icon to a gross pimple popper type look. The pictures used as examples in the App Store are gross and nothing like what the game is like.
I have removed the app icon from my Home Screen because of the horrible look, which means I haven’t played it as much. No doubt will end up deleting it if it doesn’t change.

False Advertising
Ok i’m gonna be honest here the game is ok. There are a couple of ads here and there, tho some days there are a bunch. Its really easy to earn gems and coins for upgrades. Some levels are hard and some are easy like every game. But this new update my app did, came out with this DISGUSTING app look. 🤮 It’s like an eye with a bunch of gross stuff, witch is 1 just gross to look at and see every time i open my phone and 2 has nothing to do with the app. On all the things on here it says you clean ears and that gross stuff witch so far after playing for a while to see if it would pop up it doesn’t. This is supposed to be a HOTEL game not a cleaning ears one. I know your trying to make it more fun but come on it’s literally called HOTEL CRAZE, not cleaning ears craze. also why do we have fish tanks on here like we are playing fishdom? if we want fishdom we will get it. also on your things it says “divorce him” and that stuff. you know what i’m talking about. you don’t do that either. that is also false advertising.Show lessI was created for a purpose
I don’t know why this game has been cheating
So I’ve noticed lately every time I log in I gain a day to free prizes which I love and the first time I noticed an issue was when I’d played and was suppose to receive the 15 minutes of energy and quick action of the equipment I didn’t get it once I made it to the amount of days then it happened again this morning on the 15 day in which I’m suppose to receive the same thing plus 15 mini of double coins I wasn’t able to screenshot what’s happening because it goes so fast once you accept your daily sign in prize and you can’t pull it back up until the next sign in date! But I spend a lot of money in this game and wish they would fix that little problem! The other problem I noticed is it fails you in Sea Love level 8 because you don’t get enough clients forcing you to use diamonds to buy a heart to add more clients which is a cheat because it cost 40 diamonds for a glitch that not our fault!! Honest review
If you don’t like watching ads or if you don’t have much patience, I wouldn’t get this game. This game is literally all about ads in my opinion. Hotel Craze is a pretty easy game to me. I’m on hotel number 13 and each hotel is a different theme with different difficulty levels. There’s only 80 levels for each hotel. HOWEVER, I will say this, I’ve been having trouble with literally having to watch an ad after every level because I didn’t complete the goal. This is why I say if you don’t have the patience to watch an ad, this game isn’t for you because of these reasons: if you don’t have enough diamonds, watch an ad. If you don’t have enough money, watch an ad. If you can’t complete the level and need an extra customer, watch an ad. If don’t have any more power ups, watch an ad. If you need to feed your pets, watch an ad. You literally have to watch an ad for EVERYTHING. other than that, the game is pretty addictive and fun. You CAN beat the levels with a little patience. It’s not as difficult as some people say. Don’t do the excess events that cause you to use the diamonds you earned for the actual hotel levels but DO EVERY EVENT THAT WILL EARN YOU MONEY, DIAMONDS AND POWER UPS. Collect all the free stuff and you’ll get through the hotels easy.Show lessExxy10965
