A little bit repetitive
This game is pretty good. It works well it had good graphic. You get lots of rewards which is great.
My only problem is that it’s very repetitive. Every level is the same. I have a few of these types of games and this one can sometimes get a bit boring. I still play it though.Jazz5270

At first playing this game I was very frustrating because it was hard to win unless you bought diamonds. Then they gave you a 2nd chance by watching an ad if you didn’t make enough coins/likes which helped a lot to the enjoyment of the game but now they took it away and it’s back to being frustrating. I don’t mind purchasing extra diamonds or watching ads to support the developers here and there but now they are going right back to how they were and you’ll have to purchase diamonds to move forward.Show lessjunebugsbug
Game is fun
Game is fun, challenging and really good for those who love time management games. I’m yet to see where there’s options for any “ forgive/divorce” cleaning of reception desk or cleaning of individual bathrooms. It’s basically the same thing for each level and each hotel. Only exception is cars, pets, performers, and a few others similar to that.Show lessCarolbowerman

If I was just rating this based on gameplay alone it would have gotten 5 stars. Unfortunately there are very annoying things that drastically take away from the enjoyment of the game. Here are some:
1) If you get at a certain level and want to upgrade using coins and diamonds be prepared for a 10-12 hour wait on certain upgrades. The developers are not stupid, they realize that no one wants to wait that long so then get ready for ads. I’m not talking one or two ads either. You are looking on the high end at watching 15-20 ads that last anywhere from 30 seconds to a full minute.
As much as I hate ads I realize that this is the way developers can monetize and I understand that. So as irritating as it is, I do it because it’s necessary.
2) If you want to double your earnings be prepared to watch another ad which again I understand. However I do not like the fact that ads will then randomly appear after you’ve already watched an ad and spontaneously after levels.
3) While I love the competitions I am not getting the rewards that I’ve worked for. I messaged the developers because twice now I came in first and did not receive my award. I also received no response from the developers.
I really like the gameplay but even with upgrades it sometimes isn’t enough to pass the levels. Sadly I spend more time watching countless long ads than playing the actual game.Show less1jaxsgirl

Downloaded this game since this was the one being spammed in the game I will sometimes watch ads for rewards on. Started out fine and was kind of fun. Knew it was going to be a casual, need a few minutes distraction game after it was obvious I would need to pay real money to get all the upgrades in a time frame that made them useful to gameplay. Still, unlocked the second hotel and went back to play the first to gather money for upgrades. Three more levels in was when the first autoplay ad happened. I thought maybe I misclicked something so I force shut down the game and kept playing. Then five more levels later it happened again. I’m not bothering with it a third time. Well I have to say, I don’t like many games. But this one I go back to again and again. Yes the ads shown in the App Store aren’t true game play. However, hey update often and add in new mini games/competitions regularly. Some of the added content doesn’t really seem rewarding to me. Ex; the feeding of the pets, fish tank, etc. I don’t think the game needs all that to keep me happy. ALSO, I do enjoy that the choice of watching the ads can indeed give you game bonuses! I really love this game! They’ve changed it recently to make it harder to pass levels without spending money which is SUPER frustrating. But there are ways around that if you don’t mind watching a bunch of ads. I love the game for its pace and creativity. The levels are fun and you can go back to old levels if you’d like. They offer random stuff like being able to have a pet to feed (I still can’t figure out the purpose)-I wish those led to collecting more gems. But overall, this game has given me hours of fun and relaxation with just enough challenge. With the exception of their new programming making it MUCH harder to pass a level without spending money, I’ve loved it.Show lessNot compatable with Sierra

I don’t know why people are saying this game is too hard and not fair. I’ve had this game for a little over a year now and yes it is a bit difficult but that’s how it has to be or it wouldn’t be fun. I’ve gone through 3 hotels in like a month so no, this game isn’t really that hard. Yes, you do have to watch ads and, yes, you will have to watch multiple ads (if you have patience) to earn some rewards. Don’t spend money on a game. It’s never really worth it because you’ll just end it deleting this game sometime in the future. This company probably gets enough money from the amount of ads you watch anyways.Show lessExxy10965
Honest Review
Although this is a game , this is also a business , so they must profit somehow . With that , I understand how and why the game is designed. Some of the levels are difficult and yes you will have to pay or watch ads to earn enough counts or power ups to pass the levels . But the game is fun and the graphics are excellent .
I rate this game three stars because of the distractions . There are 2-3 games within one and you’re always being promoted to play in the other games . This makes the Home Screen very busy, but also annoying because I’m not interested in those games. Also, the levels are very repetitive. Same challenges , different levels .Show lessJWash117
Was great until I paid
This game was great and I was playing and passing levels all the time. I loved that if you watched enough ads that you could get through the levels without being forced to pay like other games. However, recently I paid 99¢ for some diamonds and ever since I cannot watch an ad to get an extra customer at the end, and the amount of diamonds I can earn by watching ads each day went from 28 to 16. Now I cannot pass levels and will probably soon lose interest and stop playing all together. I am not interested in having to pay to pass levels.Show lesssmileysisa
