Love this game but updates are becoming irrelevant
I love playing this game but have now been playing the same level for weeks as no new hotel available.
I was excited today to see there was an update but it was a new area and not a new hotel.
Now I have a room that I’m not interested in decorating, Pete I’m not interested in feeding and now I have a fish tank that I ha e no intention of putting fish in.
We want to play levels in the hotels not the other gimmicky things.
Also, the restaurant game only has two restaurants, again, I’m playing the same level over and over and have no given up on that too. I’m nearly at the point of deleting the game completely.Show lessSkoosh21

It’s actually a great game, well, used to be. They’ve recently halved the free video adverts to which you could earn free diamonds - now you can only get 10 a day. Once you get to the harder levels you either heave two options: wait for days on end for your “free” video rewards to add up, or pay them for kite diamonds to progress further - which is basically what they want you to do. Even if you do save up your diamonds, it’s usually only enough to get you one level further and then you have to go through the same progress again. It’s greed. I’ve just managed to get past a level where I had to reach $3,906, I used a double money reward bag and complete that level - well I thought I had!! The next level is more or less the same, reach $3,900 odd dollars! Which is impossible to do without buying or waiting days for more diamonds!! Greed, greed, greed.
The developers responded by saying that all rounds are achievable. That’s only true if you’re willing to spend quite a bit of money to get through to the next round. Trust me, you can not progress further on certain rounds without A) Waiting days for your diamonds to build up B) Or spending money to buy diamonds to upgrade your items.
They make it impossible to progress without having to upgrade from the shop.Show lessSpursspurs

What is the point of having pets if they no longer assist in gameplay. What is the point of keeping them fed??? Before you respond saying contact support in the game. I’ve done that and still nothing has been done. How is it you keep coming up with golden passes we have to pay $20 for and still there is no new location? Do better. Like do you have a team of people to play the game for logistic issues before releasing updates that makes absolutely no sense? Play the game and you tell me what’s the point in having pets now.Show lessCharmy777
Update killed my pets! Deleted game in anger.
The new update fiddled about with the pets which destroyed a really sweet part of it. My unicorn is just a picture in a book now. The little pet bonus of speed has been removed. That is a shame because it was a good bonus. You needed to win levels to refill it but it helped on challenging levels. The worst part is the fact that the pets don't run around the hotel playing anymore when you start to play the level. They used to run about then run off. It was lovely. It feels vile my puppy and unicorn have been wiped. Im so annoyed I've deleted the game because my enquiry to support was answered by an automated reply. Plenty more games out there.

What’s point of having pets now? The new update removed using the pets to give you speed during the game. I worked hard to get those pets for the boost during gameplay and now that boost is gone .MeekoTown

Preview shows parts of the game that don’t exist. False advertising for sure. Just like all the other hotel games. Ok to play but nothing newmeme989695
