Great game but can be pricey
Really fun game with lots of additional competitions however you need to upgrade quickly to complete the levels which can be expensive. Also you can’t upgrade the speed of the porter without spending a fortune. 500 diamonds but everything else is less than 50. It would the game too easy if it was quick to upgrade him but perhaps a bit easier would be good.
This is a great fun game which I’m really enjoying but keep an eye on the in app purchases.Show lessVixen3002

Loved this game ! WAs very addictive but haven't been able to play it for a while. Keeps asking me to log into Facebook which doesn't work and if u click cancel it doesn't load the game. Tried two updates over the few weeks but still same problem. Emailed the support but no reply. Guess have to delete it now :(Show lessTannie68

I’ve played quite a few games like this over the years but this one is the best. Plenty of rewards to progress without having to buy them. Bit of skill and speed required but can build on it throughout the levels. I love it.pooch the poodle
Love this game
This game is very addicting. I was hooked from the first level itself. Acquiring the diamonds is a bit challenging if you’re not willing to purchase them. I’ve completed all the levels and hoping more hotels are released!Sohni Puppy
Fairness
I like the game but it cheats a lot also I paid for a limited time deal but I didn’t receive it nor did I get my money back. I contacted support but I didn’t receive anything back from them. This game would be nice but you can’t get any boost unless you purchase them or watch annoying ads. Another downside is that you have to wait long hours for upgrades or watch annoying ad after ad to receive them in half the time. This game has very difficult levels to beat I mean literally impossible, I have been on level 43 it seems like almost a month or longer it’s no possible way to get off. It says get 13 smiles how can you when the game cheats it makes it as if you didn’t make a customer’s order when you actually have but it unchecks what you have in line to make for the customer and have something else in your hand that you didn’t make, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t just imagining that this was happening so I watched as I slowly prepared the orders and sure enough it happened it unchecked so I didn’t make the customer’s order which resulted in the customer getting angry and I lost the customer. I can’t deal with this cheating anymore I’m just gonna delete this game it’s one thing to be challenging but it’s another to become annoying and boring, that’s what this game has become to me. Sorry I don’t recommend this game to anyone. It’s also almost impossible to get power ups. It’s better games to play than to waste your time and money on this one, this game has major issues.Show lessLolita CH

I was enjoying the game-bit too much tutorial as fairly simple concept to grasp but once got to Level 10
and had to click something to look at the bank-the button didnt appear on the screen. I could see a pointing/flashing finger indicating where to point but was only partial as off the screen. Couldnt rotate screen or make smaller and nowhere else was responding to touch to close it. i have no choice but to delete as couldnt move on.Show lessabbiesmum

I like the game. I feel there are times the game cheats. As an example, all hotel rooms may be full, and no one is ready to move out. Meanwhile, there are a lot of angry guests waiting to check-in. There are also times guests get everything they want while in green, but the guests give likes instead of happy faces. That makes it hard to get happy faces on levels that require happy faces. I am disappointed that I paid to have ads removed, but ads were not removed. When I sent an inquiry, I was told rewards ads needed to stay in order for rewards to be received. I responded to say that I was getting all ads. The response was the generic: Ads are needed for free games. You can remove ads for a cheap price. Ummm, I paid to have ads removed, yet the ads are still there and wasting my time. Some of the ads last longer than 1 level of play. Frustrating!Show lessLDB91

this game advertises in app purchases at LOWER rates than what it goes on to then charge when apple pay comes up. have contacted numerous times and they refuse to acknowledge even when i show screen shots. some items advertised at 0.99c and then it try’s to charge $1.49 have also had items advertised at $7.99 and be charged nearly $14 when apple pay comes up.
