One of the bets Hotel games I have ever played
I’m so addictive to this game and it really fun and love every minute of it just download it this week and I can’t getEnough of this game it’s one of the best I recommend to everyone when you’re bored and it’s a very calming game I give it 10 out of 10 for the graphics and for the characters they are fun to play with most games I don’t really pay that muchThere’s onlyTwo games game that I play is this one and another one that I loveThis is one of the best games of summer 2022 ♥️😎Show lessreb987
Good game
The game is fun and challenging; however, some of the levels are impossible to beat without using boosters. Some levels have unfair disadvantages that hinder your score; for example, your hotel may be full but you have customers waiting to check in and their patience continues to dwindle, which leads to you missing out on the smiley faces. If you don’t have a booster to increase their patience, you’re screwed. I believe the waiting customers’ patience should start once a room becomes vacant. I enjoy the game but would love if the game could detect when customers’ patience timers should start based on the hotels’ vacancies and the number of customers’ orders. Need to upgrade game to make more realistic
Just started playing this game less than a month ago and deleting it today..it’s ok to have to pay for purple diamonds on occasion but I know I’ve spent more than 100 bucks cash and still stuck in certain levels..the upgrade are to difficult to obtain waiting 12 and 8 hours which is ridiculous…and then when u do get all the necessary upgrades you still can’t pass the level even with all the customers having smiling faces..can’t do nothing to speed up the concierge…because u have to pay to upgrade him with things u can’t obtain without completing certain activities which only comes around once per week…then paying for EVERYTHING with diamonds and the rewards are 2 and 3 diamonds…which that takes u longer to obtain…this game is just another rip off..DONE FINISHED…Show lessRosie08/20

The levels on 3rd hotel are way too difficult. Have to be perfect in order to pass or use boosts. Way too few chances to get diamonds or only get one at a time and need 20+ to buy anything. I have been stuck on one level forever with no more boosts so have to just keep sitting here or spend money. I love all the different interactive options and it is very fun and addicting. I would just like to be able to move on without spending a bunch of money. The game needs more boosts and diamond rewards.Show less13Cubbies
Cost $$$ with updates
Every update creates game play features where you need to have sooo many diamonds or hotel upgrades to win. There’s no way you can win without it and how do your earn that many diamonds so your forced to buy. I really liked this game when I first downloaded it but the updates really make it seem like the game makers prefer money over our enjoyment. I’d really wish you would bring back the option to watch an ad for another customer at least I’d be getting something worth it! Thanks for your consideration.Show lessJoy228822
Glitchy
First let me say I enjoy this game. I love free games that let you play even if you have to watch an annoying amount of ads to do so. That is definitely this game. The problem being that the coins and gems that you earn whether through the level play or watching ads just randomly disappears. I have been playing this game for a few weeks and the first few times this happened I thought I just hadn’t been paying attention. Except I’m paying attention now and the coins and gems never add up like they are supposed to. Ads glitch repeatedly making you watch two or three in a row. It’s just not right. I play other games similar to this that are far more enjoyable because they don’t have these issues. I don’t want to assume this is an intentional game mechanic that pushes people into paying as that would be highly unethical. I just know I can’t be the only one who has noticed this.Show lessmjhshelly

I really enjoy the game but after getting all the way to Wisteria hotel and buying gems to get that far my game was totally erased ! I have since started over and alomost back where I was before but wasted my money Update !,,,,, One again I was ripped off by this game,bought something and they didn’t deliver! I have contacted you via email several times about the plane I bought that I got to use once before it disappeared and it was supposed to be permanent,you basically told me too bad and wouldn’t credit me ! I even asked for free gems to make up for the 5.00 you ripped off from me ,once again you said too bad! Don’t waste your money people, and don’t buy the plane

I am currently on level 80 of underwater crystal everything is levelled up apart from 2 items neither of which appear in this level, not exactly a fair playing field. Although this is a hard level it should still be achievable. I can finish the level but are short of the required tokens by about 80 as there is nothing left to upgrade this doesn’t make sense the only way to complete this level is to use a double coin power up, which I would use but I used the gems to upgrade so thanks a bunch for ruining the game. Oh and I would have given higher rating but it’s obvious you don’t want me to finish without spending money.Show lessHiPPyKiTTy67
