  • Good game but major loading issues

    Started off well but after a few levels, opening the game kept failing to load past 7.5% and only loaded after several refreshes. Now I’m onto the next hotel and when closing the game and reopening it will not load past 77.5%, despite several reloads, so basically I cannot play!
    I’ve spent money on gems etc and now can’t access the game! Please advise

  • It use to be fun..

    Started off great and loved playing it daily but then you get to stages where you don’t have enough gems to upgrade. Slowly starting to not play it. It’s the same with all of them. You will have to pay eventually to progress.

  • Great game with major flaws

    This game is great & very addictive. However, today was the third attempt where I’ve tried to pay for add-ons with no success. I get notification payment was successful, payment leaves my bank but no packs or add-ons are added to my account on the game.
    Once you get further into the game it is impossible to progress unless you pay out for add-ons & upgrades (which aren’t cheap!) so you’re pretty much stuck on the same level.
    On higher levels the number of points you’re expected to reach is impossible, even with some of the add-ons activated it’s impossible to reach the required amount to progress to the next level.

  • Update is messing up gameplay

    I’ve been playing this game for probably around a year and I love it, it passes the time and stays just challenging enough to keep me entertained. I’ve spent money in the past for gems and it was well worth it (daily offer $2 for 100 gems is great)

    Then the game updated and for some reason I can’t seem to stay logged in through Facebook! It’s incredibly frustrating, I agree to connect when the game first loads and sometimes it glitches right then and refuses to load the game. If it does load the game and I start to play, I get interrupted literally every 30 seconds saying I need to connect to fb! It messes with the flow of the game entirely and if I’m playing with a 10-15 minute boost, that time gets eaten away by me constantly having to hit “cancel - continue” every few seconds! I hope this issue is resolved soon because I love playing this game, but the login glitch kills the enjoyability of it and I can’t play 😩

  • No list of descriptions of each item

    Each item such as the bag of coins, the “sands of time” the paw print, as well as all the others....why should I experiment trying to figure out each thing, waste game time and lose the item if I use it wrong. I reached out numerous times within the game, they said “no” when I asked for a description of each boost.
    Why when I click on the dog I paid for, he is sleeping and showing a broken heart? Yet he runs around each hotel? Your boosts are hard to figure out. In the meantime I’ve lost many boosts trying to do “trial and error”
    I too have spent real money on this game. BUT if your customer service is going to continue to be rude, you may lose me and I’ll drop the game and post all over the internet about your lack of help to your players!!
    It would be a shame as you have a good game here!

  • Enjoy playing but issues loading the app

    Would have been 5* but after completing the first hotel, the second one won’t download so I thought I’d try force closing the app and reloading - bad idea because now the game won’t load up at all! Gets stuck at 7.5%, after clicking retry a few times it’s jumps to 75.5% but won’t go any further :(
  • Love the game but glitchy for payments

    I really like this game but it’s very hard to proceed unless buy gems for upgrades that are expensive. There needs to be a reward system like cooking fever has where xp bar rewards with gems. When I buy gems they are never credited. I have to email support who take days to answer and sometimes I have to argue that I have spent the money to get the reward which I think is very bad.

  • Way Too Difficult

    I was so hoping this would become one of my most favorite games to play. The first two hotels were great. I loved it. But then came number 3. I still cannot get it. As for the pet event. I cannot get it. In order to get through the extended events, I use the first hotel. I have tried to save up boosters and diamonds and money to get through number 3 but there is just too much for the bell hop to do and the distance seems longer and the guests have less patience. Probably not but it is murder. I am about ready to give up. The developers of all these games always know how to ruin it. They always find a way. I noticed that even with many others saying that it was way too difficult, they pat each review with - we try to make each level fun and challenging. Stop it! Listen! We are crying out for a game that we can love playing. I’m used to watching ads in the game, but why do I need to watch over 20 ads a day for a game that I cannot make progress. I’ve made plenty of money for you. At least get off your high horse and help us instead of patronizing us. Why showcase 15 hotels when we can’t get pass the 3rd? And you know what? I know you’re not going to pay any attention to us. So I am through wasting my breath and my time. You ruined the best of the hotel games I’ve played.

  • Great Fun But Faster Delivery Would Help

    This game is a lot of fun and is my current favorite. However, whenever I buy an upgrade for a hotel, it oftentimes takes hours or even overnight for the upgrade to be delivered. This is very frustrating. Why is it necessary to take hours to deliver upgrades? It’s not like they are real deliveries being stalled by traffic or weather in real life. All the delays in deliveries does is take away from the fun of enjoying the game to the pint where I often consider that I should just quit the game because it is no fun to wait and wait and wait for an upgrade that is part of the play time anyway.

  • Good game but very expensive

    If you don’t pay past a certain point the levels get almost impossible to clear your it out paying $30!
