Not able to use it with IPhone

I wish there was a 0 star rating. I am able to connect to iphone via Bluetooth and Epos app. However never able to hear anything. I gave up after trying all possible ways.

Can't connect

I can't connect my EPOS 360. Nothing helps.

Pure garbage !!!! Is all I can say deleted it immediately!!!!!!

Terrible app

This app does not work with the 360 headphones. Never finds the device and locks up on the finding device screen. There is no help or useful directions on correcting the issue.

Works but must update firmware to headset

Like others, I had issues with app not detecting headset.

I updated the firmware using the desktop application. After the update, the app detected the headset right away. Now I can adjust the side tone at work, instead at home

Works fine for Adapt 560 with caveat

EPOS doesn’t show this but I got mine to work fine. Connect your headset to a Windows or MAC via a USB cable and install the EPOS software. When you open the software tell it to check for update and update your firmware to the latest and try to connect in the app on your iOS device. They ship with firmware 1.4.x which does not work with the app.

Application connection

I’ve tried multiple ways to connect to application. Does not work.

Doesn’t work. Impossible to pair this device.

I’ve been trying for a few weeks now to pair this device to either my mobile or my laptop. It worked initially for a few days. After that, I have never been able to connect again. Got desperate and retired troubleshooting on their website and using this app. No success. These same headsets were purchased for all 20 members of my training class. Everyone in the class has experienced the exact same issue. Waste of time and money.

It does not work?

It will not connect the app to headsets even though the Mobile is connected via Bluetooth? I give up, don’t bother just delete or find a better brand.:(
