Not connecting to 560

Similar to other reviews, after reconnecting and reinstalling everything, it will still not connect to an EPOS 560. Clearly this company needs to rebuild this app from the ground upโ€ฆ

No support for GTW 270

Was having issues with the earbuds and figured it might need a firmware update. But that does not work via this app.

Finally works with the Epos 560

Until recently the only way I could change settings on my Epos Adapt 560 was through the desktop app. I can now connect to this app, which is more convenient. Lots of settings and pretty stable for me.
My only wishlist item now is an EQ to adjust the sound profile please!

Forced participation in activity gathering stinks

This appโ€™s owners have sunk to a new low. Forcing the users of their app into allowing them to gather user information. Get lost.

Does not work with ADAPT 560

Just received a trial set of the EPOS ADAPT 560 headphones to audit for deployment at my startup. This app does not register the headphones at all. So far, off to a bad start.

Compatibility of the App; below the standard

From a consumer stand point, by the flashy marketing, and the amazing feedback from other customers (excluding online feedback) and a company well known for making quality gaming headsets and headphones, you would expect their app to work with their new H3 Hybrids, right? The rule at most companies is the latest and greatest gets the best support in the app. But of course, we have to factor in that every company is different. But no, the user experience is super choppy, and the app doesnโ€™t even work with your new H3 Hybrid gaming headphones you paid $200 for in cash at your local GameStop. Epos, I am a fan of your products, but I highly suggest you do better with your app. I value your attempt to make such an app in iOS though. For that, you deserve at the maximum 2 stars for effort. Some suggestions you might ask?

Updated UI

The current UI is super choppy, so you should try updating the UI to a way where it is at least smooth at consistent 50-60hz at the industry standard.

More support

More support for your $200 headphones would be great. I would really appreciate being able to connect my $200 headphones to your app to activate noise cancelation as advertised. Even if my headphones donโ€™t support noise cancellation, you see and hear my point.

Refuses to pair with H3Pro Hybrid

Will not pair with my H3Pro Hybrid headset. Attempted the troubleshooting steps in the app, but will not work.

EPOS - H3PRO

Please update the app or create an app to control the EPOS - H3PRO Hybrid Wireless Closed Acoustic Gaming Headset I just bought. Iโ€™m on the fence about retuning them now because I have limited capability to adjust the sound.
