Good start
I like the look of the app and that you can easily access all your past orders, however, I feel like it still could use improvements. First, the app does not have customer reviews on the product detail pages and I think they are very important for customers to see. I personally don’t buy anything without reading reviews. Second, the app takes you out of the app and into a pop up to view size guides and then doesn’t bring you back to the app unless you X out of it, which is confusing to know whether you’re purchasing from the app or the mobile site. And third, I went looking for info on how to do returns or exchanges from your past orders in the app and couldn’t find anything. I think providing that info could improve the app experience!

Ever since I first tried this companies products, I have been a repeat buyer ever since! And now they have an easy to use app to do it all on! Sign into your account and away you go!
Only suggestion I would make would be to allow customers to change exchange rate to their preferred currency (e.g. AUD)

So happy that there’s a app for Til you collapse. The app is very organized with a nice design! Can’t wait to buy leggings using the app :) their leggings are so comfy and they’re my favourite to wear working out or just on a normal day!
BEST APP
This is honestly one of the easiest shopping apps I’ve used. It’s user friendly and very convenient! Definitely will use the app every time I shop now. I love these products and their app just proves their effort and care for their customers. I will continue to refer all my friends here. Love TYC!!
Initial thoughts
I like the interface. It’s very quick and snappy. Easy to find things; colors and sizes. It’s actually nicer than the website because I ordered an incorrect size through the web (my own fault), but at least in the app you are forced to choose vs. having one defaulted for you. (Yes I ordered an XS when a M is what I needed). Bonus: you get a discount by ordering through the app: WIN- WIN.

A+ Easy to navigate
I like how clean and simple the app is, it makes it easy to navigate through, and straight to the point! I use Apple Pay all the time so seeing that I can use my favorite form of payment was a very nice touch for me. Overall experience is 5 stars!

1. TYC leggings and shorts are comparable to lululemon, if not comfier and more variety of colour and style. I LOVE the variety and colour options.
I will say someone recommended I size up to a size 10 in the shorts for length, but my future purchases I will stick with my usual size 8. I find sizing up results in the legs scrunching up.

An App for my favorite shorts!
I have heard about TYC for a couple years now but only just recently ordered shorts from them. They are easily my favorite shorts I have ever owned.
This app made it easier to breeze through or sit and stare a while at all their different styles. Can’t wait to use it to buy my next pair of shorts cause I could never have enough.

Till you Collapse has been my go-to leggings brand ever since I got my first pair. They have such a variety of types and colors, and they’re literally always coming out with new stuff so I think it’s great they made an app. Its much easier to check and see what new beautiful stuff they came out with! I love the flow of the app as well! Also their leggings are PERFECT their leggings are SQUAT PROOF! I can’t stress enough how hard it’s been for me to find squat proof leggings! I feel so confident when I wear till you collapse leggings! (I just bought the camo joggers, I’m super pumped for them to come in!)
