FeetMe Rehabilitation allows patients to perform rehabilitation exercises with real-time biofeedback. FeetMe Rehabilitation is a medical device. This solution is recommended by a healthcare professional in the care of your mobility impairments. The use of the solution requires a pair of FeetMe connected insoles, available only through a healthcare professional. The solution provides only mobility coaching and does not constitute any professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Medical disclaimer: FeetMe Rehabilitation does not replace the opinion of a healthcare professional.  We recommend that in addition to the application's use, you consult your healthcare professional before making any decision about your rehabilitation. What the app allows you to do : FeetMe Rehabilitation helps you on a daily basis with a selection of exercises that help you to improve your mobility. This solution was designed to offer a personalized program to practice at home, in total autonomy : you can train whenever you want. The connected insoles record your activity during exercises to give you, via the application, instant feedback. This unique and immediate feedback will let you know if you are performing the gestures and posture correctly. At the end of each exercise, advice will be offered to improve your skills and go further. Here’s what you’ll find in the app : Exercises to work on balance, walking, endurance and muscle building, to improve your functional abilities. - Static balance exercises, with progressive levels of difficulty. The goal is to strengthen equilibrium and weight shifts in order to better manage your balance. - Exercises to increase your endurance when walking. Walk faster, longer and rediscover the pleasure of going out for walks. - Muscle strengthening exercise to walk, stand more easily and be less tired. - Exercises to improve the quality of your walking. The goal is to challenge you to walk longer steps and bigger stride to recover a flexible and more secure walk. A results system, with a percentage of success for each exercise to observe and follow your progress throughout the program. The recorded data is also accessible by the healthcare professional. This will let them know the exercises you have performed during a session and view your results. Remote monitoring will also be offered to you, to help maintain your motivation, answer your questions, guide you in practice and adapt the initial program according to your physical capabilities and their evolutions.
