Error when trying to sign up and no response when emailing them
Won’t Accept a US Phone Number
I have tried every variation of format to enter a US number into the iOS version of the app and it simply keeps failing (code 403). Big fail during testing, I would say.
Easy and convenient
Moving from one place to another has been easy and convenient.

Confusing
Interface is confusing- I can get it to work but not by following the UI. Cant upload docs due to mysterious error about my name. BUT you can’t eat in Berlin without it.

Nach einem * negative Review und lesen aller negativen Reviews hat es geklappt. Es wären 5 * geworden wenn ein kleiner Hinweis text zu ausländischen Telefon # auf dem Einstiegs Bildschirm gestanden hätte.
Internationale Telefonnummer nicht akzeptiert
Lebe im Ausland und habe mir die App für meinen bevorstehenden Deutschland Urlaub runterladen. Leider wird meine kanadische Telefonnummer nicht akzeptiert 👎🏻

Works meh, not so thoughtful, design uninspired. EU apps…
They got the first part of sign up correct. But could have done a much better job of check in and checkout when You leave a place, like since the app doesn’t check movement maybe you could edit the time you left?. Maybe next version 😹
