Couldn’t finish sign-in: the app gives error message instead of sending TAN. Maybe it doesn’t allow US phone number as contact? Shouldn’t be on US App Store if it doesn’t work on US phones.

Hey, we're sorry to hear that you're having problems with the registration. If the problem is still current, please write us an email, that way we are able to help you better. But it is possible to register with a foreign phone number. But make sure you're connected to a German WiFi during the registration process. Also we recommend filling in your phone number like this: "00 + country code + phone number". Kind regards from Berlin
Doesn’t add my vaccine Cert
I’ve got my QR code from the Apotheke and it won’t accept it. Gives me an error stating it may not be one of the test centers the app approves. What a pain.

This app is garbage, unfortunately the only way to get to lufthansa lounges; The persistent exceeded SMS daily limit error doesn’t allow for registration

Downloaded today, a bug won’t allow to verify my number. Tried with two phones. Please fix

Family check in
There is no way to add family members. My children don’t have phones and my husband doesn’t use the app. This is not useful if it’s just for one person!
