Unable to change the mobile number used on the app. Apart from that good app. Does the job.
Pre-booking
I have been a avid user of this app since about 2021, it’s great especially because I do not drive. But the only issue I’ve had with it, is the fact when i book for asap they seem to almost always come on time but when i prebook for a specific time it’s taking 10-15mins just to get a driver. I’m pre-booking for a reason, not because i need the taxi 10mins later because i need it for that specific time.

Much better
The App has had a bit of a reputation for being unreliable and I’ve certainly had a few occasions to be annoyed as Taxis whizzed by me in the street, left early or turned up at the wrong address. However, I would say that 90% of these errors were of the human kind. Last night, I booked a car to go from Finnieston to Paisley and it appeared within a few minutes. Excellent service and App seemed to be working very well.

Driver was great, very obliging, chatty and engaging with his passengers, car was spotless and nice smelling, no complaints with this car, it’s great to have a nice driver on the journey home after a night out
Doesn’t accept payment
As others have pointed out, the app doesn’t accept online payments. Tried Apple Pay - doesn’t work. Tried adding credit card manually - doesn’t work either. My bank approves the initial card setup (£0 transaction) but then app refuses to accept card payment. Irritating.
Unsatisfactory
90% of the time the waiting time for a taxi is off by more than 10 min. It is just not reliable
