Difficult to claims
I use my extras cover for dental work and find there is a 50/50 chance the claim can be processed at time of appointments. This can be frustrating. Also had two dental implants where the cover promises 85%, however, only ever got 65% and no-one could properly explain why the policy could not be honoured. This is an expensive cover but poor support when it comes to claims.

Incredibly easy to make a claim. Itβs always such a headache but not with the GU App - literally takes me 15 seconds. Thank you for this! 10/10
Easy enough but not enough information
Would like to know where my claim is up to and cannot see the history of claims or edit claims still in progress.
