Dear user, Can you please reach out to the support at karm.singh@outlook.com and share more details about the issue. Looks like there was bug introduced recently where images taken with document scanner where not saved to photos. It has been fixed. Also a new save photo button has been added to receipt detail screen.

Very hard to use

Appreciate the effort and the feedback. The fields have placeholder texts which shows their title, the whole app is about adding photos and I don’t think that adding a photo is not available. Warranty is set to a day as it is a calendar and you have to select a day to set it. I had the design reviewed by professional designers and I think it is as per iOS guidelines. If you have more feedback, kindly reach out to support from the app and may be share some screenshots and videos to help us fix any issues if there are any.

Thanks for your feedback. I see that you are on version 3.6.4 which had some UI issues because of OS updates. I have fixed some of them in the latest 3.6.5 release. Please update to latest version and if you are still seeing those issues, kindly reach out to the support. I am very keen to know the issues you are facing with smart scan, kindly share them with using the support email.
