I just used it for the first time but it seems pretty helpful

Worst bank in the world

They never have their act together. Everything is out dated and old school. They make you go to the branch for everything. Their app does nothing productive or helpful. A complete disgrace and I’ve been stuck with them for over ten years.

It’s a little, but that’s ok

Love having the control this app gives, I just wish it was a teensy bit more responsive/speedy. Great otherwise!

The card is easy to use

Embarrassment

I recently visited a sam’s club and tried to make payment of $11 and change. The card would not work butI knew there was money there. Do you know the embarrassment of not being able to pay $11 on my card. The card had been turned off because of inactivity. I hope one day you have to go through this so you I’ll know how it feels.

Card App Login

I get alerts for the card app but the app will not open. Unable to login but receive alerts?!? I closed the mobile app as well and the card app link is not in the mobile app.

Issues linking accounts

I have tried for days to link my card app and my account. The card app redirects me to the mobile app but then doesn’t give me the option to go back to the card app. I even tried logging in with my information and it says it is incorrect. Would be a good app if I could actually get it to work ;(

We're sorry that you are having difficulties with our Card App. Just recently there was an update to the app that made it inoperable for some devices. The bug has since been fixed. Please try deleting both the Mobile app and the Card app, then reinstalling the newest updated Mobile App first. If you are still having problems please call our customer support @ 877-367-5371 for assistance.

Unable to Link

I have tried for days to link the card app to my renasant app, and it doesn’t do anything. Several weeks ago I tried it as well, but nothing has changed since then either. Everytime I open the app, it tells me to sign in with Renasant mobile. Everytime I open renasant mobile, it tells me to download the card app. It also says if I already have it downloaded, that I need to have the most updated version of the app and update for my phone. I have both. It’s very disappointing as the card app looks interesting! Please help or fix whatever bug this is!

Response from developer

There was a bug with the last update that has been resolved. Try removing the card app, restart your device and install from the card app button/link in the mobile app. If you are still having problems please call our customer support @ 877-367-5371 for assistance.

Great App!

My card was being hacked and the card app allowed me to know immediately what charges weee being made.
Couldn’t be more thankful!
