What is the point of an app that doesn’t work

You can’t login, so the whole app is pointless and Renasant wants you to use this horrible app

Can’t login

I have been trying for days to login and I see some others have had this issue buts it’s been a week and I still can’t login I’m over it

Login issues with card app

I too continue to have problems with login for the card app. I cannot get in the app if I try directly or thru the banking app. Yes I HAVE CALLED customer service multiple times with today being my third time. The call lasted 34 minutes. I have made all phone updates and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. So far no one in customer service has resolved the problem for me. I had to ask for a ticket to be created/submitted. Adreanna was the customer service rep and I felt she was a bit curt-they have recorded line and are welcome to listen.

Can’t log in

It use to work great and now it won’t work when I try to log in...it goes to setting up the app which I obviously have already done. It’s very aggravating because I was enjoying the app very much!!! Really want it to work again!!

There was a bug with the last update that has been resolved. Please uninstall the Card app from your device, next re-launch the Mobile app and click on the Card app button. Follow the instructions and you should be good to go. If you are still having problems please call our customer support @ 877-367-5371 for assistance.

Login issues

I’ve loved the app so far but now it won’t let me sign back in via Renasant app. Don’t have a way to sign in via card app. Don’t know why all of a sudden it quit working. Wish I could keep using it.

Unable to login

I cannot log into this app. It redirects me to the bank app and then doesn’t redirect back. I have also tried using my login info from the bank app and cannot login that way either.

Log in issues

I am having log in issues since upgrading to a new phone. It was an awesome app before then. Please help! Thanks

It’s locked me out

I can’t log into the card about to turn my card back on. It keeps redirecting me to the main banking app that I’m already logged into. This is irritating

Does Not Let You Log In

I can’t rate this app properly because it does not allow me to use its features. You can only log into the Card App using the Renasant Banking App, but it won’t redirect me to the Card App. It just says that it might take a few hours. Well, it’s been a day, and nothing has happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no progress.

Won’t work

The app has never worked for me it won’t even open it gives me notifications when my card is swiped but that is about it when I try to open it it goes to my mobile bank app then won’t go back to card app
