Promblem😢
I have problems with connecting to my watch, the device isn’t responding properly to the app.
Inaccurate
I bought a cheap smart watch so I could monitor my heart rate while exercising. It “came with” this app. There is no support for the app, and the measurements are questionable. I measured my heartrate first thing in the morning before even getting out of bed, and it said 172 beats per minute! No way to delete this obviously wrong measurement.

Some of the operational design spent apply to user living in the United States.
Example: To determine date, person’s weight and heigh. We use pounds, feet and inches and month-date-year. The existing setting design of this unit doesn’t allowed to change these options. They must realize that if they have intentions to sell this product in the USA, the product should have the ability yo change those option! I will return the item.

Rubbish
One stars rating . Yes. The time on the phone & watch don’t match. Also the new up dates is suppose have new face dial . It is now totally blank. Even the old ones have disappeared. Please fix it.

Watch Face dial center had several faces to choose from up until the last couple of updates, no only local dial ( 5 watch faces)

Will not share data
Watch and app are not bad. Most frustrating thing is it does not share data with apple health and fitness apps. So you have to have a separate app for workouts that does send data to those apps.
Trashy App
This App is really trashy. I cannot set up the time, I can’t do anything with app except watch the time going backward. The whatever language this app is written in, I can’t translate it. Please fix your trash.
Poor excuse for an app
This app is awful. The time setting won’t stay on the 12 hour setting. Some of the screens work and some don’t. Save your time and get a different watch for use with a different app. All the characters are in Chinese. Sending the watch back
You get what you pay for
It’s not as accurate as my Apple Watch. It also doesn’t have the same time as my phone even though they’re connected. App support is in Chinese so I can’t raise a question. Please advise. Thanks.
Losing time
The watch loses time around 6 minutes cousin slower than the correct time and we have no idea how to sort this please help
