Hi had to download this app to connect my iPhone and smartwatch. Not the best half the functions of my watch don’t work.
Still the same despite upgrading.
More watch faces would be nice too.

What a joke March has only 29 days when it has 31 days and I can’t even enter my birthday because the 30th & 31 of March doesn’t exist!

NOT DESIGNED FOR WESTERN USERS NEEDS IMPROVING
First complaint: needs weather app to be more accurate. Temperature is off.
Second complaint: needs Imperial measurements not just metric.
Third complaint: Watch faces too cartoonish needs to look at Apple Watch for inspiration.
Fourth Complaint: Everything should be in the consumer’s language not a mixture of Chinese characters.
Praise: I do like the design of the watch and accuracy of blood pressure , sports, heart rate apps and ruggedness of watch.
This watch so far accurate except for weather. It would be nice if messages notifications could be deleted after read. Also it would be nice if a microphone was added to watch so you could answer and make phone calls.
I bought two smart watches from different company in China on Facebook. Poor quality control and features.Buyer beware.

Good app but had Bluetooth problem
Been using the watch and app for a couple of weeks. Found it very easy to use and lots of info. It would be good to have some watch faces that you down Load that are a bit more pleasing to look at and not ones that look ok for kids.
I changed Bluetooth connection on my phone and pressed forget on the watch. Couldn’t get it back 😐. Turns out I had to delete the app and re install to get it to work again.
I lost all the data for the first two weeks I’d had it. I won’t be doing that again.
All in all not bad for the cost.

Less than impressed
If your going to sell in the USA than have your watch and software in non metric. And an easier way to to use this in English not whatever it is now. Buyer beware just a fyi. Looks great but just disappointed over all.
Overall ok.
I use this on my iOS device. Will not recognize where I am so the weather is wrong. I set to US measurements and miles 12 hour clock, rather than Kg etc 2400 but will not save my setting. The features will give you the feedback as described. I have had trouble with sms notices pushing to the watch. Spoke with tech support they had no solution and seemed very ignorant to the product. Also, it would be nice if the app would communicate with the apple iOS health app and populate that information.

App needs improvement
The watch is nice but the app needs improvement, i feel there is not enough options for the screen choice regarding the style of watch faces that are available.
