Worst $100 ever spent , it has to be reset every time to connect to Bluetooth, battery lasts about 4-5 days not 20 as advertised, after 2 weeks will not connect to Bluetooth at all, and their customer service won’t respond , don’t spend your money

It didn’t collect data at first I had to reset it a few times and as it collect data of my steps activities etc I have another Fitbit it hasn’t recorded nothing…
App needs a serious upgrade
This has been disappointing virtually from the beginning. One thing I really dislike is the temperature setting. It almost never works correctly. The other is the message setting. How does one get rid of a received message that is no longer needed.

NEW UPDATE IS NO GOOD
The new app update has made it where it doesn’t save any of your profile data or settings. The watch has to re-bonded every time you start the app. Nothings gets saved anymore. This makes using the watch & app very inconvenient & useless. I will using a different watch until the app is fixed.
Excellent App
I have used this app for my Attack smartwatch for a month. Works very well. This new update is so nice! Great job. My watch always stays connected and all of my workout data and sleep data uploads flawlessly. For what I paid for my watch this app is full 5 star. I hope they continue to support as well as they have so far!

New updating bug
New update got my watch freeze when i download new dial and now it stuck in updating screen . Please fix the update asap pleaseeeee

I have an inexpensive fitness tracker. It requires the use of this software. Otherwise users can’t even set the time. Unfortunately the software notifications are all written in an the characters of an Asian language which I do not speak or read. The settings that are in English are poorly translated. For instance, users are instructed to “bind” their device instead of “pair” their device.
In spite of the challenges I was able to successfully use the tracker and the software for several weeks. Today when I attempt to bind my device, I get an error message that I can’t understand and I can’t progress past it.
